  Enviro Duct Deal did a great job on one of our projects. They were able to help us to salvage an under slab, corroding duct system and avoid running a new duct system through the interior of an existing house. They walked us through the steps to prep the trouble spots and came back to check them and then use their spray system. Clean, professional, and timely. I will use them again for unique situations like this.

  In May 2022, Duct Armor coated our HVAC ducts. Our ducts are encapsulated in the concrete slab foundation and had some rusting and deterioration of the metal since their installation 42-years ago. Almost 2-years later, the coating is holding up and continues to perform as expected i.e., arresting the rusting process, sealed any openings, and providing a clean chamber for air to flow. Our installers, Seth and Justin, were consummate professionals. They demonstrated expertise in both product knowledge and installation methods. Throughout the process they communicated with us in a pleasant and transparent manner patiently addressing our questions and concerns, and allowed us to view the coating installations live via the duct-camera monitor. Carol, the owner, is outstanding. She responded to us both over the phone and via email in a prompt and thorough manner addressing our questions to our complete satisfaction. We simply cannot say enough good things about the entire Duct Armor team who gave us confidence each step of the way that we were receiving a quality job at a fair price. We highly recommend this company.

  Our home in Pasadena sustained soot and ash damage from the Eaton fire. During the course of remediation, it was discovered we had exposed fiberglass insulation in our air ducts. The insurance company insisted on cleaning vs replacing the ducts, despite three HVAC specialist confirming they could not be cleaned (disturbing the fiberglass further would make things even more unsafe). Enter Carol / Enviro Duct Seal to save the day. From my first conversation with her it was very clear she and her team have seen it all, and know how to handle jobs of all sizes. But what stood out the most was her warm, personal, yet professional approach, which remained a constant throughout the project. She spent so much time talking with me about our situation, helping us work with insurance, and she responded to every email or call with lightning speed. The guys who did the job were courteous and worked fast, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Our ducts are like new inside for a fraction of the cost of replacing them. We have dealt with so many people trying to hustle fire victims by up-charging, over promising, and under-delivering, but Carol and her company were a bright spot in our remediation process and we are so grateful to have found them.

  I’ve dealt with many a company in the trades, but it is always an extraordinary pleasure to find a team that checks all of the boxes. Carol and Enviro Duct Seal Technologies (EDS) came to us as a referral, which is always a good place to start. From the initial encounter Carol was amazing. Not only do they answer the phone, but it’s done with courtesy and efficiency. I was impressed by Carol’s initial comments regarding her confidence in their ability, but also making it very clear that they could not commit to results before they saw the job. In other words, if they couldn’t perform, they didn’t want to accept the contract. After inspection and then providing a quote (with a 15 year warranty), we agreed to proceed. As it turned out, the job was a bit more than they had expected, but they simply explained that extra time would be needed to properly complete the job and then did the extra work at NO extra charge. They basically said, “we quoted the job and want to do it right, so we’ll stand behind our quote and make it happen”. How great is that?!! When all was said and done not only was the job done correctly, staying on schedule and completed on time, but it was completed as quoted. Communication was great and everything, from prep to set-up to performance and ultimately clean-up, was beyond perfect; all with very competitive pricing. A+++; Well done!
