I have two puppies that are not quite potty trained yet. My rugs had stains and bad odor. I contacted Joshua for a quote and was able to get back to me in a timely manner. I scheduled an appointment with him and he showed up right on time. My rugs look and smell like new! Quality service and top notch customer service, what more can you ask for?! I will recommend Holts Carpet Care to all my friends and family.

Holts Carpet Care is the best! I frankly didn't think anyone could get the grout in my kitchen tile clean as it was so nasty and had tried in the past to get it clean with a couple of different grout cleaners from Loews and Home Depot. I was totally blown away when they had some "special" cleaner that made it look like new again! You guys are awesome!!!

My fiancé hired Holts to clean our white Berber carpet while I was at work Friday and I came home to beautiful white carpet! They were prompt, friendly and did a great job! They even followed up with him to make sure he was satisfied with their work.

This compamy is great! Had a rug that got beat to death by my kids and dog from milk shakes to dog waste. Figured it may have been too damaged but called Holt carpet out of curiosity to see if it was cleanable. Scheduling was easy, appointment was on time, Josh was very professional and he knew what he was talking about. Now the work... carpet turned out amazing!! Not only did he remove the stains but also fully restored it's original color! Pricing was more than fair and completely worth it. My only regret is not calling them sooner. This will be the only company I will be calling for my carpet cleaning needs. Thanks Josh!

There are numerous good things to say about Holts Carpet Care. For example, they schedule a fairly narrow window for your appointment which is great. Josh happened to show up at the start of the window, which is not mandatory, but worked well for me. He seems like a good person who I could trust in my home. He explained what to expect for the pet stains and treated for the stains at a reasonable cost. Then he got right to work, finished and cleaned up afterward. I have never before seen a carpet cleaner who wiped up the drips on the hardwood leading out the door, but Josh did.

Very importantly, the carpets look great, the pet odor is gone and now two weeks later, the carpets still look great. With other cleaners in the past, the pet stains always came back within a few days. I was told by the other cleaners that was because the proteins in pet urine stick to the carpet and pick up dirt rapidly after cleaning. Apparently, Holts Carpet Care gets the spots actually clean because the spots are not coming back.

Holts will be our semi-annual friends going forward.

I have been using Holts Carpet Care for well over 10 years and they are the Best carpet cleaning service available! I know because I have been having my carpets cleaned for 30 years and have used many services before I found Holts. Jason is the nicest guy and he thoroughly pre-cleans every spot and then scrubs the carpet until it looks like new! Their prices are fair and the work outstanding. They also have done carpet repair for me and the results were excellent. The next time you need your carpets cleaned, give them a call. You will love the service!

Holts is the best carpet cleaning company around. We’ve been having them clean our carpet for a few years now, every 6 months because we have 3 dogs. Josh, the owner, does a great job, is always prompt, courteous and friendly, and he’s extremely competitive on price. I wouldn’t trust anyone else for the job. He’s great!!!

I'm never disappointed with Holts Carpet Care! I've had both carpets and tile cleaned with amazing results. I didn't think our tile floors were that bad until Josh cleaned them, I couldn't believe how dirty they were and how bright and clean they came out! Getting our floors professionally cleaned has become a regular and I'm always astounded at the results. Holts Carpet Care runs on time and is done in a very timely manner. I wouldn't choose anyone else!

We have used them twice now in our home. They are fast, efficient and effective! We have 2 big shedding dogs (yes we vacuum on the daily) but the dogs, along with us, inevitably bring in more dirt and grime. That's where Holts comes in to give us that deeper clean we can't achieve with just vacuuming. They get our carpets back to new! And for a great price! All the folks I've interacted with are very polite and are easy and great to work with. Highly recommend 👌

Holts carpet care is amazing. They were on time, came in and did the most amazing job I have ever had done on my carpets. When I called to schedule the appointment, there was no up selling or vague with the price, my price was quoted. When they came, again did not try to add to the price, set up and went to cleaning the carpets. They did an amazing job. The Technician was super courteous, Worked hard and quickly, this is the best carpet cleaner I have ever used. I will use no one else but Holt from now on. Totally satisfied.
