Host Maid was diligent in responding to my last minute cleaning needs, after having some construction work done on a vacant unit. I loved how they came to the unit prior to see the extent of the cleaning and discuss exactly what my expectations were to get a clear and fair quote for their service. We went through a check list of what was expected. After the job was complete, excellent video and pictures were sent showing the task was thoroughly completed. Payment was quick and simple with no extra fees. Everything went very quick, efficient, and smooth. Host Maid exceeded my expectations and I would definitely consider using them again. I highly recommend them.

Sally and her team are incredible! She did a move-out cleaning for us and was so thorough — the house honestly looked better than when we moved in. She was communicative, punctual, and clearly takes pride in her work. Moving is stressful, and having her take care of the cleaning was a sigh of relief. Highly recommend her to anyone needing a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner.

I contacted Sally short notice, and she was more than accommodating. The product is amazing, her team can get on base installations, and the person who answered the phone actually came to my home to clean. An amazing business to endorse and support! I will be using more regularly since they made it so easy to schedule, clean, and pay for services that were reasonably priced. Top tier cleaning service.

!!DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! unless you want to finish the job yourself. Paid $500 for the “move-in” service yesterday; a vacant empty 1400 sq ft house w/ two bedrooms, two baths. Of what cleaning they did - the oven, the vent hood filters, and the light above the sink was acceptable, the rest was terrible! Three people for five hours, and it’s still dirty. This company is not detail oriented and show no pride for their workmanship. When I stated my dissatisfaction Sally offered to come back, I told her not to bother as it should’ve been done right the first time. I mean $500!! Come on!! The photo of the white washcloths is from one small area I just cleaned off the laminate floors - that they supposedly cleaned! If you hire them, you will be very disappointed and THEN you’ll get to REclean it all yourself! Also, Sally will lie on Yelp, and say that she was not aware of all rooms involved when she was clearly informed prior to being hired. Clearly, these photos show what a rushed and careless job this was. Also, we were never given a “timeframe”, for their $500 work. They could have stayed longer and completed the work correctly. Sally has no clue how to qualify her customers before she agrees to do a job. Sally should be embarrassed - I sure am!

The staff arrived on time and handled the dryer vent cleaning with a calm and organized approach. i had been noticing the dryer taking nearly two full cycles to dry towels and there was a warm smell in the laundry room. they explained the lint buildup inside the exhaust duct and showed me pictures from inside the vent line before and after the service. airflow improved right away and the dryer sounded less strained after they finished. they also cleaned around the transition hose and checked the outside vent flap for blockage. the whole appointment felt professional without being rushed. pricing stayed exactly where they quoted it and there wasnt pressure for extra services. overall it was a useful maintenance visit and the house feels a bit safer now with the dryer vent system cleaned out properly.

RUN from this horrible company . Yesterday this company ruined the new stucco finish by cutting corners and spraying my windows from ground level so all the construction dirt absorbed into my new stucco finish leaving stripes permanently in the walls . We agreed they would use ladders and wipe each window and the showed up telling me no this is how they are going to do it . If I would have stopped them my home would be OK . It took them 1.5 hrs to mess my new renovation up . and break a shudder in my home and the will DO NOTHING to make it right .

I especially appreciated how easy it was to arrange the details of getting my carpets cleaned. I came home and all was great! I will continue to use their services for certain.

I highly recommend Seaside Services for carpet cleaning. They were able to get spots out that I had for years! This is a family business so you can trust these guys in your house which is a big plus for me. I guess they also do windows and tile so I'll be calling them again for help with that.
