They came out super quick, were very helpful-even climbing up into our attic to do some trouble shooting. Safe, thoughtful and professional!

They seem to be the most caring about their work. I have been in business for 25 years and have used most air and heating companies.
They aren't the cheapest and they aren't the most expensive but the are very fair.

I had this company replace the entire hvac system in my 37 year old home. The price was right, and the quality of the installation was fantastic. I'm so glad I chose Seaside.

I had a great experience with this company. After looking around for a furnace for my townhome, I finely found a far price and I love my new heater.

I called Seaside HVAC, a few days ago, because my AC unit stopped cooling. I was blessed to have Taylor answer my service call. He discovered the motor had gone out in the heater, which also blows the cool air from the AC. So when it gets cooler my heater wouldn’t be working either!

Taylor went all out to locate a factory motor for my heater. The “Supply Chain” you know… it’s difficult to get a lot of things these days, October 2022.

I Oked the estimate and two days later Taylor had the motor and arrived to install it early this morning. Weather forecast is almost 90 degrees for later today! 10:00 am, Taylor just left and I feel cool air blowing through my vents.

I highly recommend Seaside HVAC and Taylor, though I feel sure all their technicians are competent. I encourage you to give them a try. I believe they will earn your recommendation too. ,

Seaside came highly recommended by my contractor and I am very pleased with their service. Spencer had my wall furnace up and running quickly with new thermostat and then stayed to make sure the heater worked properly 👏😊

I want to point out all the staff at Surfside Heating and Air. From Ruth who took my call and arranged to have a technician respond and my very knowledgable service technician Nick. Nick showed up around 0800, I was the first customer of the day. Within minutes Nick assessed the problem. a capacitor blew. He replaced the capacitor and prior to his leaving, the AC, which is a relatively new Carrier unit, was blowing deliciously cool air. I am beyond pleased. Honesty, Quality Service and Fair prices, are the hallmark of any successful business. In my estimation, Surfside Heating and Air exemplifies all of this and more.

I wish to elaborate on my position with these facts by describing a recent experience with another HVAC company. A few days prior to Surfside coming out, I called Mauzy Heating and Air. A technician from Mauzy responded, went up into the attic, after a few minutes came down and immediately told me the bad news by explaining my furnace was burned out. He showed me pictures of a scorched circuit board and claimed I was in danger of starting a fire in the attic if I turned the unit on. I was told it would cost $16K, yes, sixteen thousand dollars, to replace my furnance and install all new air ducts. I was told the air ducts were torn and ripped and I was not getting any airflow. I was pressured to agree to the deal and finance the 16k installation costs through Mauzy's lender, but I only had five days to act, or the quote was stale. Nick, from Seaside told me he found no evidence of any of the above described issues. Nick from Seaside told me my furnace was in good condition, as was my air ducts, there was no tears or damage. He said he could not fathom or even consider in good conscience telling or charging a homeowner that kind of money for a repair that didn't need to be done. There are so many repair options to consider before purchasing a new furnace. The Mauzy technican clearly attempted to defraud me. A word of caution, get more than one estimate. And if you do need HVAC service, the first call you should make is to Seaside Heating and Air. Thank you Nick and Ruth! You truly saved this senior pensioner thousands of dollars and I do mean thousands!

    Warm Regards,
Mary C Helmen of Encintias, a very grateful homeowner.

Seaside Heating & Air Conditioning is the best! Just want to thank you again for an AMAZING new heating and A/C installation today from Arnie and Abel. They were here on time, worked hard the entire time and cleaned up after. We could not be happier with our new HVAC system. We have been without A/C for 6 weeks and our home was like a sauna during the recent heat wave. Today we are in a nice, cool home and it’s amazing! From the very start working with Tony Arena and your installation team of Arnie and Abel, it was nothing but professional and top quality work.

    Thank you again,

    J & N Davinni

We had a problem with our heating fan right after the re-surge of power last night in Oceanside. We called Seaside this morning and they sent Nick here in no time!! My husband worked in the service industry for 30 years. He was impressed with Nick's personality, knowledge and professionalism. Thank you Nick for the great service. Seaside is fortunate to have you as a dedicated employee.

I had a very good experience with Joseph from Seaside. I had kind of a PITA situation - just moved into a new place and all I knew was the AC didn't work. No idea why. Seaside was recommended by my property manager so I had someone come out. They managed to get me an appointment in the small, exact window I needed due to being home on a conference call. So I'm there, on this call, unable to really talk more than mostly miming/hand signals, but it was enough for Joseph. I only asked them out to diagnose the issue, but he was actually able to fix it and get it working great in a very short time. He even dealt with the property manager on my behalf (since I was already on a call!) and arranged for the billing through them.

TL;DR great, quick, professional service; diagnosed AND fixed the problem in less than an hour. Could not be happier!!

After getting bids we hired Seaside to install a new heating AND AC with all new duck work. After 2 years I must say we made a great choice. After the recent heat waves during the last 2 years the equipment worked great cooling the house and keeping us comfortable. We saved approx. 5k compared to the other bids we received. Good people and good equipment at a fair price.

Had a great experience with Seaside. Steven, Kevin and team were professional and communicative throughout the whole process of installing mini-split units. They were thorough with install and left the home in clean condition after the work was done. I highly recommend using Seaside Heating & Air Conditioning.

Call them last minute in a pinch as there was a mix-up with our Contractor Building our Adu. They came out same day the next day they had line sets installed so we could pass inspection on the preliminary. Today they finish the installation and I can't say enough about these guys. You can tell that these technicians know what they're doing and enjoy it, and the pricing has always seemed Fair to be honest I have never shopped as the quotes they have given me seemed well under what industry standards are supposed to be. I will never use another HVAC company again. We used them years ago on an upgrade to the main house and we were happy then. They've also been out multiple times for routine service and maintenance and whether we're paying a lot for a new system or a little bit for a tune-up they have the same attitude great customer service and again in a pinch they really pulled us out of the sling.

I had Ryan quote all new AC systems as two had failed and only one still worked and asked about replacing the forced air heaters. He quickly provided a very competitive quote and I decided to get all 3 systems replaced with new AC / Heat pump / and forced air heaters for a little less than most competitors wanted for basic systems. I took a week to install 3 systems and they guys were thoughtful and courteous and cleaned up well. The units are quite, efficient, and kept us cool all summer looking forward to using the heaters in the winter.

Took multiple tries for them to debug the issue in my AC they'd installed a year ago. 5 tech visits over 12 months and they finally resolved the issue. Overall they're good. Just that it took forever and some cold nights before they root caused the issue.

Initially my experience was very good with this company, office was responsive and informative. My job was small ( charge a mini-split with refrigerant) however they agreed to do the job because of my proximity to their shop. When tech arrived he didn't ask many questions and neither did I since I assumed he had notes passed on from the office. Long story short he released the refrigerant from the system before pressure testing and it let all the refrigerant out because there was a leak. The kinked line was not their fault but I think he should have tested the lines before letting the refrigerant out. I understood that the tech that was sent out doesn't repair line sets, that's ok. I followed up to make a return appointment for the repair of the line and recharge again. The appointment was a week out which was understandable. Here is my biggest complaint, the day before my new appointment the office called to reschedule for a few days later stating the tech that was scheduled wasn't qualified for the repair. I accepted that because I just wanted it done correctly. The new appoint was set for arrival a few days later between 8am-12pm, 10:30 am arrrived I called just to make sure that I had the date right. The office lady didn't reply to me and nervously put me on hold, the owner answered and said that the guy they scheduled this time couldn't handle the job either. Said I would get a call back at some point from another tech. Never heard anything back. No apology for stringing me along for two weeks, nothing! Forgot to mention this minisplit unit is in an adu for my elderly parents who really needed the ac. Putting things together( heat just started) it is apparent that the company got busy with higher paying jobs. That part is understandable, but why not call back or initially just say they can't do the job? That is just not good business practice.
