I'm disappointed in Seaside. No follow up regarding replacement estimate. I called and they said they would check and call me back. Still no follow up or call. It's been 5 days. Also, The Tech left a part on the ground (found by 2nd company I called) and his analysis was wrong regarding what needs replacing. I guess Seaside doesn't need the work or care one way or another.

Seaside installed our HVAC system in 2019. We had a very bad experience with the install. Since then we have had numerous issues with the system. Last week the heating malfunctioned again. Tech comes in and takes a look and says he needs to talk to his sup. No heat in 40 degree weather with two kids and we have to make do with space heaters. Sup calls on Friday and says they need to " think" over solution. It has already been 3 days with no heat. Since that , 4 days have past with no updates. When I call today there are no notes from Tech and lady on phone says she has no Freaking clue of our issue and " will get back". A week with no heat in record low temps and this SHAM
OF A COMPANY needs to be put out of business.

We have worked with seaside once in the past and that experience was wonderful enough for us to contact them again for a second install. Their pricing is excellent and their salesperson Tony Arena is very knowledgable. However their installation crew the second time around have been a nightmare. Led by a guy called Ace, they have left messes all around the house, mounds of drywall dust, plaster pieces over the floors, beds . Not used enough cover ups, disrespected our house including using the master bathroom at will and leaving it unclean, leaving equipment all over the patio, not finishing the job in said timelines, coming into work after 10 AM and being gone for stretches of time at work. We have had to complain twice to them and yet there is no improvement. Word of advice to seaside to hire the right crew who will respect your customers residences and adhere to professionalism.

Incompetent company. They’ve been to my house four times and now a 5th for the same AC issue and still haven’t fixed it. They always show up late, misdiagnosed the problem, and insisted on replacing the entire unit when the truth was simply a kink in the line. On top of that, they constantly track dirt into the house, forcing me to clean and mop after every visit. They don’t wear shoe covers or gloves, which is basic standard practice with any professional company. To make matters worse, they even ruined a brand new hand towel in the guest bathroom, which is rarely, if ever, used by bleaching it while cleaning their tools. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere
