Jose had great customer service skills and was very courteous. He identified the clogged sink issue, (simple drain plug gunk that needed to be cleaned) and allowed me to watch and learn to how fix if the problem ever arises again. I'd highly recommend Thompson Plumbing in the future!

Thompson did a great job! We had a leak leading into our water line from the city, and Thompson swooped in to save the day. The technician was friendly, low-pressure, flexible within reason, and great at explaining and offering different options.
Oh, and it cost less than half than what was being quoted by the company whose work they were fixing. (Another, earlier plumber - Pɛrs0nªI plumbing - "fixed" the leak 3 years ago, but when they came out again and tried to charge triple what they had 3 years before, for a shoddier job with a less sturdy piping and adhesive, with no discount for the repeat fix or even acknowledgement that the earlier job might have been sturdier. Needless to say, Thompson's technicians and staff were a welcome relief.)
