Jose had great customer service skills and was very courteous. He identified the clogged sink issue, (simple drain plug gunk that needed to be cleaned) and allowed me to watch and learn to how fix if the problem ever arises again. I'd highly recommend Thompson Plumbing in the future!

Chris Martinez made the difference when deciding to purchase a new heating/air conditioning system. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of our detailed questions without hesitation. Because of our experience with Chris, we look forward to working with the rest of the team at Thompson.

Thompson did a great job! We had a leak leading into our water line from the city, and Thompson swooped in to save the day. The technician was friendly, low-pressure, flexible within reason, and great at explaining and offering different options.

Oh, and it cost less than half than what was being quoted by the company whose work they were fixing. (Another, earlier plumber - Pɛrs0nªI plumbing - "fixed" the leak 3 years ago, but when they came out again and tried to charge triple what they had 3 years before, for a shoddier job with a less sturdy piping and adhesive, with no discount for the repeat fix or even acknowledgement that the earlier job might have been sturdier. Needless to say, Thompson's technicians and staff were a welcome relief.)

Jose was great. Clearly expert in his trade, he fixed our problem quickly and professionally.
Very personable, he was well-received by all family members whom he met.

He also went above and beyond to suggest future repairs we should anticipate, and to help me determine that a slow leak we’ve had is somewhere in our landscape irrigation.

If we have any plumbing problems in the future we would be delighted to have Jose assigned to the job.

My service to my heat pump was GREAT! Ty was on time. I loved that I got a text before his arrival with his name and picture. Ty was so polite and so nice! He figured out what was wrong in such a short time and had it completely fixed in no time. I was a little worried it would be very expensive, but it wasn’t. Thank you Ty for all the nice warmth of my heat pump ready for winter!!!

They don’t get any better then Ty, who came out today and helped with my air conditioning problem and gave me good options for a needed replacement of my furnace and air conditioner. Ty is very personable!! Great guy!!! And many thanks to Thompson for being so helpful and taking care of me so quickly with sending Ty out! And even more: Thompson is able to install a new furnace and air conditioner in my home in three days! They give priorities to seniors who struggle without heat and air conditioning, which are crucial for a senior to have!!

Thompson were able to came the next day and did a superb job installing the top notch furnace and air conditioner. Fabian and Oskar were first rate - very highly skilled technicians. Very friendly. I have only the highest regard for this company and their staff.

I called on Friday afternoon, but there plumbers were booked all weekend. I asked them to call me if anything opened up in their schedule and luckily they did. Their technician named Jose listened to my concerns and looked at the documentation from the previous plumber, then provided me with options for fixing my issue. Called Thompson plumbing for an issue I had while changing out my shower valve. Thomas plumbing sent technician Jose Reyes within one hour. Jose promptly diagnosed the issue and gave me a reasonable quote. Once I accepted the quote he went to work and completed the job in a timely manner, Jose did a great job. Very satisfied

I needed to get some pipes replaced prior to getting a new washer and dryer installed. I reached out to Thompson Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning. They were able to schedule an appointment promptly the following day. One thing I appreciated was that they sent a text message prior to the appointment with a name and photo of the technician that was going to arrive. Jose arrived on time and was very polite and courteous. I also appreciated that he offered to put on boot covers before stepping into our home. Jose took a few minutes to evaluate our problem and then provided an estimate of our different options. He was very thorough in explaining the different options and timeframes of completion. I was delighted to hear that the more cost effective option was something that we were able to complete the same day! Jose had to run out to grab some parts but came back and promptly completed the job. After completion, he explained the results and ensured I was satisfied with the job. From start to finish, Jose was personable and professional. As long as Jose is around, you’ve won over a customer for life! After the appointment, Rachel from TPHAC reached out to ensure I was happy with the service. From initial contact all the way to exit, TPHAC was fantastic!

Thompson Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning has provided another outstanding yearly maintenance service and customer service today 7/22/2025. Jared S-R their techmician, performed the work as a highly trained and experienced mechanic.
He conducted himself professionally and fully explained any maintenance issue and the cost involved before proceeding. He answered my questions with respect and courtesy. I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs. They have been my choice for many years to do repairs, install new equipment and trusted to do quality work and to be fair and honest.

Jose was our tech to address a clogged kitchen sink. Jose assessed the narrow piping and removed the first pipe to reveal all food that accumulated (pasta). 😬
He cleaned the pipes and disposed of the waste. Jose was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Many thanks to him and Thompson Plumbing for excellent customer service!!

Great guys, came in fast with a crew for a whole house replumb and got it done and water back on in the same day! Even had a crew of dry wallers the following day. Tight ship here!
