We had a fantastic experience with Enroute Plumbing and Nick, the owner. From start to finish he was extremely communicative, always quick to answer calls and respond to questions, and very clear about pricing and scope of work.
What really stood out was Nick’s attention to detail and pride in his work. At one point he even redid grout in one of our bathrooms simply because it didn’t meet his standards. That level of care is rare.
Our project actually started as a cosmetic update but turned into a full re-piping project once we discovered the age of the pipes in our home. Nick was completely transparent about everything and helped us navigate the additional work without any pressure.
The final outcome exceeded our expectations, and we’re so happy we found Enroute Plumbing. We still keep in touch with Nick — he’s not just a great plumber but a genuinely great person. Highly recommend.
