Wow, what a great company to deal with recently had some water damage in our office and I didn’t know who to call after calling a couple other companies they didn’t impress me and once I called Suncoast I knew they were the ones for me, professional courteous, great communication throughout the whole job If you’re on the fence about a company don’t be call them today.

I cannot recommend this company enough! Kyle is always quick to return my phone call and address any issue that I may have. Best customer service, hands down!

They did an amazing job! They’re claims specialist Brittany was on top of it and always kept me in the loop and Kyle and his team were great from start to finish!

Surprise plumbing problems are never fun, but working with Kyle has made it an easier issue to overcome. He was professional, very responsive, pleasant, and definitely great at interfacing with insurance companies. Highly recommended.

Well this is a bit silly. It has been almost a year since Kyle came and did a top tier demo and dry after we had a leak in our condo's kitchen.

Well, Kyle is awesome and made sure to keep us informed of what he was doing, how he was going to do it, and other than the noise, my cat liked him.
He was professional and approachable at all times. He also helped us figure out our insurance better than the adjuster.

15/10 would use again.

SunCoast came out quickly, started the restoration work promptly and even worked on a holiday to help minimize the water leak damage. They were compassionate and knowledgable, answered our Q’s and assisted with the insurance claims process. Thank you Kyle, Brandon, and SunCoast team!

Kyle's team is amazing. We had water damage in our house and he made the process quick and easy. We are expecting a baby and I was worried about mold/asbestos exposure, but they did such a lovely job that I hardly noticed any construction work. Super grateful for this company!

I had an EXCELLENT experience with Sun Coast Restoration. The owner Kyle and the supervisor, Brandon are both top notch professionals. A plumbing company sent a plumber to my place on July 4 to unclog the drain. He accidentally shattered my tenant's drains and flooded their place. The company sent Sun Coast Restoration to repair the damage. Sun Coast was the silver lining in this unfortunate situation. They went above and beyond to treat the mold and resolve the problem. They also replaced my floors and did an EXCELLENT JOB. I have high standards. I am a perfectionist when it comes to construction. They exceeded my expectations. All of the employees have extremely high integrity. I really cannot praise them highly enough. Kyle, Brandon, and team will be my go-to restoration (and flooring company) from here on out.

Sun Coast restored our home from fire damage. They did an excellent job! They got the job done quickly. It’s like the fire never occurred. We would recommend them for any of your Home restoration needs.

They are still completing a project in my house but I just wanted to share about my experience because it’s been nothing short of great.

We didn’t have a say over who took this project on because we’re renting and our landlords chose Suncoast but out of all 3 job bids, we hoped it would be Suncoast. I have never experienced this type of work so I had no idea what to expect.

When Brandon came by to do his inspection, my sister and I really appreciated that he made sure we knew to expect him and when. As two women, it can feel nerve wracking having men you don’t know in your home. They completed the inspection thoroughly and took the most time, which we appreciated. When we asked the estimate of time it would take, Brandon was kind enough to walk us through — unlike the other two companies.

During the entire scope of the project there have been several different people completing different tasks. Each person has been communicative and great care and respect for our home has been taken. The team member who was handling our tile floors especially was so kind and respectful - I believe his name is Mitch. Thank you! I know how grueling laying down new flooring can be and there was no AC in the room / house.

The team member(s) handling the ceiling and paint - also amazing. Just so thorough.

Suncoast is almost done but the entire experience has been amazing I wanted to leave a review. Thank you for making this such an easy process and for handling it all with care and precision. I will definitely use them again.

I was pleasantly impressed by the professionalism, quality of care and swift action from the SunCoast Restoration team. When they arrived to assess our water damage in our kitchen, I liked their approach and I was assured and confident they had the expertise to do the work well. They provided clear guidance and they were very effective at communicating the process so we knew the timelines and what to expect. They followed through with integrity. It was nice knowing that they were so readily available whenever we had any questions. I would use them again and highly recommend SunCoast Restoration.

I really can’t be happier with Sun Coast! I was skeptical about calling anyone at first because I had another company (I won’t mention) that had done some work a few years ago and it was the worse experience. Sun Coast was so incredible though! They helped restore my kitchen and omg it looks so good I can’t be happier! Very professional, great communication, and the BEST at what they do I wouldn’t go anywhere else ever again. I’ve never worked with a company that cared so much about what they do I wish more companies were like them. Thanks again!

Brandon and his crew did an outstanding job at ensuring our flooded home received the care it needed in a timely manner. They did a great job with the repairs and cleaned up after themselves. They also were great at communicating and showed up on time. I highly recommend using SunCoast Restoration.

I had a need for some restoration work done after I had my home repiped. There were two areas of paneling cut out in the master bedroom wall and walk in closet that was necessary to reach the shower valves. The holes were covered with plastic and painter tape until a perfect solution could be found. Enter SunCoast Restoration!

Brandon is the GM and Kyle is the owner. Together they came up with a clever plan to restore my home. Since the paneling I had was not available anywhere that they looked, they cut a full panel out of the closet to restore the bedroom wall. You can’t even tell. It is perfect. Then they removed all the paneling in the closet and replaced it in full with another similar color of wood look paneling that I couldn’t be happier with. No more holes… just perfect walls again. Brandon and his team were so good at what they do, I’d definitely be happy to have them do work for me again. One thing that won me over about Brandon is, he’s an animal lover and a gentle human being. He treated my mother with such respect and kindness that I am so grateful for. Thanks Brandon!

I had water damage to the drywall in my home, and I’m so glad I chose SunCoast Restoration for the repair. From the initial inspection to the final touches, they were professional, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable.

The Kyle and his team did a thorough job assessing the damage, removing any affected drywall, and replacing it with precision. They were very careful to ensure there were no hidden issues, and they even helped with retexturing the walls to match the original finish.

What stood out the most was how clean and tidy they kept the work area, and they completed the job on time without cutting corners. My walls look great, and the damage is completely gone.

I highly recommend SunCoast if you’re dealing with water damage. They really know their stuff and provide excellent service
