I was told when I called in that the technician would check both the air-conditioning and furnace so that I didn’t have to have them out multiple times per year. It’s a rental so I was not in the unit when they were working and come to find out they only checked the AC and said they would come back in the fall and check the furnace. He also told me that the condenser for the air-conditioning system was pretty dirty but said that they didn’t use the spray cleaner that they brought and instead left the bottle with me for me to do later. So they basically just sprayed stuff off with a hose… I could’ve done that 🙄 Pretty disappointing.

Called early in the morning, they squeezed me in for the afternoon. Our air conditioner was not putting out cold air and my wife has breathing difficulties. When they came they diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it. I have used them before and will again for any heat or air problems.
