Excelente compania muy buen trabajo recomendable

Called early in the morning, they squeezed me in for the afternoon. Our air conditioner was not putting out cold air and my wife has breathing difficulties. When they came they diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it. I have used them before and will again for any heat or air problems.

Appreciate a real person when I called.
Tech answered any questions I had.

Some of the most respectful men that I’ve had come to the house and do work for me. They are absolutely amazing. We even served them pancakes because we really liked the respectfulness and the timelines and just the overall friendliness so thank you guys.

Quick response, reasonable fees

I had a wall heater that needed service on after New Years. They came as promised, were polite, clean and it seems great now. Hopefully I want need them for another decade. Go local!

I would post photos but not sure which job to use! I have worked with Dough and his wonderful crew over the last 7 years on everything from large scale commercial work to my own personal vintage 1954 residence (both heating and ac) and even replacing wall heaters in my rentals.

Doug is a gentleman contractor, he plays it straight with pricing, he does the job for the bid. When needed, like for an adult day care facility in a warehouse situation where multiple ventilation systems were needed he handled it all on time and on budget and still does follow up maintenance. With my personal reticence he and his crew really had to get creative with the duct work - but Doug worked with my construction crew and came up with a workable plan that was both functional and aesthetically pleasing. It helps that they have their own fabrication facility!

I'm happy to recommend Fairweather Heating and AC for both commercial and residential jobs. A great company to work with and Doug ALWAYS gives his personal touch!

This company is wonderful. They solved our AC issue in 30 minutes. Educated me on the system and showed me where previous technicians made mistakes on servicing and explained why. Then showed me on the actual AC panel the manufacturer data that supported his recommendations. Outstanding service all around.

Our air conditioner started blowing not-so-cold air leading up to the July 4th weekend during which we expected some hot summer heat. The number one thing an HVAC company asks when you're having issues with your AC is if you've been changing your filter, and we are really good about doing that faithfully every month so we knew it wasn't the problem.

We had called a couple of other businesses during the prior week, and one of them came out and then gave us a ridiculously high estimate in the range of thousands of dollars when they suggested a complete system overhaul; it didn't feel right to us, so we decided to keep looking.

We called Fairweather after finding them on Google and seeing some good reviews. We spoke with Jesus who was friendly and scheduled Jose to come out the following morning. There was an additional fee for a service call on the holiday weekend, but Jesus let us know about it beforehand, and it was reasonable so we were glad to pay it.

Jose came as scheduled and after an assessment he told us what the problem was, gave us an estimate which was essentially just the cost for the part, and then made the repair. He was knowledgeable and completed the job so that we had cold air again for the hot summer weekend and beyond. He also gave us some other useful tips to help our system work at peak performance.

We appreciate him and Fairweather and their integrity, and highly recommend them.
