We are very pleased with burgess services because since we hired them 3 months ago, they are always on time and provide us with the best job I’ve ever seen from a cleaning company.

Man oh man, let me tell you, these guys are awesome. The workers at Burgess do such a great job cleaning our office. They come in once a week and are always on time. They clean our windows, vacuum our floors and Lysol wipe everything. We love these guys and I know you will too.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of meeting Dylan and Tim while they were completing the power wash of my neighbor’s roof. They took time out at the end of their busy day to come over to our house and give us a quote. Their quote was excellent as was their work! They were courteous, timely and tremendously skilled at what they do. They had no problem at all in navigating the roofline at our 2 story house. They were fearless! Even when our power wash had the unintended consequence of the clay tile tint coming off along with their work, they were not deterred! They made sure that our driveway and walkways were tint free before their job was done. Dylan and his crew were very thorough, professional, communicated progress, clearly, and provided aerial photos of before, and after. Don’t give insurance companies a reason to cancel or increase your premiums for issues with rooftop and exterior maintenance. I highly recommend that you get your rooftop cleaned regularly. You will be very satisfied with Dylan‘s integrity and competence.

Josiah came and cleaned my windows and they look fantastic!! He was polite, hard working and professional. I love my sparkly windows. I am very impressed with Pirate Pete’s and will definitely use them again.

Dylan and his partner were on time, efficient, and neat. He answered all my questions. He found a couple of tiles that need repair and said he liked my roof because my tiles were a high quality that he doesn’t see currently. If you need your roof power washed, call Pirate Pete’s Power Washing, they do a great job.

I have dealt with quite a few contractors over the years but very few have impressed me quite like these two. Dylan and Tim have performed window washing, pressure washing, rain gutter repair and rain gutter installation for me over the last year or two. Their rain gutter work was especially noteworthy after I had another contractor that specializes in rain gutters tell me that I'd need to replace every one of my gutters since they wouldn't be able to match the color for all the gutters that they said needed to be replaced. Dylan and Tim were able to simply adjust and/or refasten my gutters. They also came back a week or two later to install a new gutter on a side of the house that had none. To top it off, they managed to match the color of the new gutter to the current gutters so closely that it'd take a ladder and a very keen eye to tell a difference!
Their level of professionalism, competence and communication far exceeded my expectations to say the least. The future looks very bright for this company and I look forward to seeing what new services they'll offer as they continue to expand.

This is my first time using pirate Petes power washing and I was very impressed. My windows were so dirty and hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time and they did an amazing job. they are priced very reasonably, I will definitely be using them again.
