Bad Bad management ,I was living for a year by myself ,no kids no one else,put $275 deposit and I get $39 dlls back ,charging me for stupid stuffs,like Ajax cleaners,Clorox,gloves ,degreaser,sponges,2gallons of paint,labor,carpet cleaning,"blades",simple green and more stupid stuffs ,my deposit just go AWAY ,what a ripoff people work there,,please don't live there,

Great place to live if you don't mind your car being stolen or broken into. In the 2 years i lived here I had my work tools stolen about 3 times, even STOLE MY TRUCK (chopped up). Very bad neighborhood for car theft and break-ins. Living here cost me 8-10k dollars in losses and thefts. Then to make it all worse, they say I ruined the carpet, walls, etc like the other reviews even though my wife and I have no kids and kept it spotless.
How does it take 7 hours of cleaning if you have new carpet and paint? I have multiple witnesses to the condition of my apartment, these guys are just scam artists.

Oh and by the way, every pipe leaks, stoves don't work, and they make you sign a release that you know there's MOLD in the walls!!!!

Do yourself a favor, stay out of creekside

A team of four arrived with their own supplies and equipment, so I was optimistic. After they finished the upstairs, I was asked to walk through and let them know if I was satisfied. I was not, so I asked them to go back over a few areas. This made me optimistic that they were taking responsibility for the quality of their work at least. The house is just over 3,000 sq ft and this was a move out cleaning. The team worked for just over 3 hours. I made the mistake of not checking the downstairs before I paid them and let them leave. It was totally unsatisfactory for a move out cleaning. They left dirty footprints on the tile, kitchen counters were streaked, there were parts of the floor not cleaned at all and many window sills left undusted. I paid extra for them to do inside of the refrigerator and had to clean it again myself after they left, from top to bottom. This was my own rental and I am a commercial property manager myself, so maybe my standards are very high, but this was not a satisfactory job for a team of four with what they charged me. I would not hire them again.

I DIDN'T FIND THE SNAKE PLANTS I WANTED. I SUGGEST THEY SORT & PUT CLEAR SIGNS IDENTIFYING PLANTS & FLOWERS MAYBE LIKE ARMSTRONG GARDEN CENTER HAS.

They had everything I was looking for and couldn’t find at Lowe’s.

Very well stocked with just about anything you want or need.

Employees are friendly but they should have better knowledge on what is at hand and what isn't.

Easy to find items at a pretty good price. The ladies in the Garden Center are very knowledgeable and very helpful. I like the newsletters.
