Appliance customer service is terrible! Walked up to the appliance desk, cuz I couldn't find any plumbing associate to help me find a bathtub plug. 4 Lowe's workers talking about there day, ignoring me! Finally I get there attention. I asked for help finding a bathtub plug. Little short girl says she doesn't work in plumbing. I ask can you get someone to help me! She looks away an contest to ignore me. Eventually got what I needed. Going to Home Depot from now on even though it's further away.

KEN TOLD ME AND MY HUSBAND TO SMILE ON CAMERA FOR AN ITEM WE PURCHASED AND A STORE ASSOCIATE LOADED INTO OUR VEHICLE!!!! we have the receipt and everything!!! They said we couldnt leave due to an IT issue after waiting over 3 plus weeks to have this delivered. After Lowe's failed to deliver my product three times they stated I had to go and pick it up in person which we did! Then they were trying to tell me that why couldn't change my my method!!!

Ken was an absolute joke. Rude, unprofessional and essentially threatened me by telling me to smile on camera.

Went in today to get ceiling fan decorative bulb replacement covers and noticed the price said $10.98 and when I did self check out it came up at $12.98. I had taken a photo to show them at register in case they questioned me. When I went to pay I explained the price difference, the lady called the guy in charge of that department. He says “yea, the price is what the tag says”. I take him to where it has the price on the display shows $10.98 and said you should honor the price since you have it posted. He says no sorry. I know I could’ve made a big stink but I was in a hurry. They SHOULD HAVE PRICE MATCHED, that’s good customer service.

Lino supposedly a manager doesn’t care about the customer I called ahead and gave an item number they said they had it I drove 30 minutes to this Lowe’s and because it was a seasonal item he would not take it down or even hold the item when they do take it down to compensate for my time and miles that I drove. very clear he doesn’t care about the customers or good customer service. if I could give them a zero I would, he was so cut and dry

I like the service at Lowe's above the other one. It seems like there's always a salesperson available to help while they hide at the other big home store.
One of my favorite things is that Lowe's has a Veterans discount policy that is very easy to use and every employee will acknowledge your sacrifice for keeping our country free.
They have stock of everything in store and their website inventory is very close to what is physically in the store. Home Depot can show 50 pieces and then you drive there and the racks are empty.

Horrible customer service. Im sorry for anyone having to deal with these people. When customers purchase an item from your store they expect the promises you make to back your products are made in good faith. There is a certain amount of trust customers put in your organization when they believe your warranty advertisement. Not only do you dishonor the agreement your company made with the manufacturer but you betray your customers by not fulfilling your word. My experience with having to travel 3 of your stores and dealing with 3 lazy customer service departments has left such bad taste in my mouth that i would be willing to make sure i never give you my business. Absolutely horrendous experience.

Had everything I needed on this trip. The staff were courteous and attentive. I even found out they have free air (compressor) for tire service

I purchased a flagpole and a real cute flag but the flowers from Lowe's were all dried up I only bought a fewI had to go to home depot and get the rest..
