We promptly scheduled an appointment, and the communication regarding their arrival was excellent. When the AC technician, David, arrived, he conducted himself with great respect. Upon inspecting the attic, he discovered a shocking revelation: none of the ducts were connected; they had all been chewed up, likely by mice before my occupancy. David patiently explained the situation, showing me the damaged ducts.

We arranged for a follow-up appointment, during which Macawsome installed brand new ducts. Thanks to their expertise, my thermostat setting had to be adjusted from 76 to 79 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent the interior from becoming too chilly. I am immensely grateful for their patience, understanding, and professionalism throughout this process.
