Armando, very informative & detailed with servicing my furnace. Took the time to explain the items that would need attention in future or now & broke it down into all in one step & 2 others ways that could be taken care of. Explained ionizer information how it works & what it accomplishes also three different avenues to take.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We recently purchased and had a new air conditioner and heater installed through Lowe’s, and the entire experience was absolutely fantastic thanks to the team from All Pro Cooling, Heating, Plumbing & Electrical.
Mike, our sales representative, was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly clear in explaining all of our options. He answered every question thoroughly and made sure we felt confident and informed throughout the decision-making process.
On installation day, Sean and Nathan were absolute rock stars. They were extremely efficient, respectful of our home, and clearly took pride in their work. They walked us through everything, made sure we were completely satisfied, and didn’t leave until they confirmed we had no remaining questions. That level of care really stood out.
From beginning to end, the process was a total breeze. We couldn’t be happier with the results and truly can’t recommend Mike, Sean, Nathan — and All Pro — highly enough. If you’re considering HVAC work, these are your people. Warm in winter, cool in summer, and zero stress in between.

I have had the pleasure of working with Austin at All Pro Cooling and Heating Systems n San Bernardino regarding my father’s home. I live in a different state so it’s important that problems with the furnace or air conditioner are communicated to me clearly so that any issue can be resolved efficiently and quickly. Austin has done a fantastic job relaying important details with photos and by phone so I can have confidence that the repair will be made correctly and with minimal disruption to my dad. Thank you All Pro and Austin for making it much easier to handle these unexpected repairs when they arise!
