Nick was a nice guy only issue I has was we have a septic tank and our restrooms were backed up. Ali came to take a look and said he wanted to run a snake to see if it was clogged. He didn't find an access hole outside so he had to go through the toilet. He charged $485 for the service ridiculous in my opinion. He said there was a massive clog and needs a camera. Next day they run a camera. Septic tank was full no clog or anything. So I asked how much to pump the septic they said around $2000 never in my life have I heard that much for a pump. I'm sorry but this is sad for a business... everyone else I called are between 500-700.
