Mark was absolutely fabulous! He was very professional and understanding that the stylists had clients here. He was very clean and cleaned up before he left! Bryan was also great, I loved that he came to help out and make sure Mark was good, he was also very fast and efficient. Would definitely recommend them to everyone!

I contacted Roto-Rooter this morning, and Anthony their plumber showed up 30 minutes later.
My 3 and 2 year old boys observed the truck pull up in front of the house and wanted to greet the plumber. So we went out together to greet Anthony.
Anthony was very polite and friendly to my boys and I.
I told Anthony, I believed our toilet clogged last night and I couldn't get it to unclog myself, and before going to bed I poured drain cleaner down the shower and bathroom sink, and had not touched it since then.
Anthony, went into the bathroom, flushed the toilet and it drained without any issues. I laughed, and said it wasn't doing that before I went to bed. Anthony checked the toilet and shower drain, then the bathroom sink. Then the washer's standpipe. He told me I must of cleared the clog myself with the drain cleaner.
Anthony was extremely professional, polite and kind. I appreciate Roto Rooter and Anthony for their professionalism.
I also appreciate Amanda who I spoke to on the phone, she was also very kind and patient with us.
