We are very pleased with our first experience with D&V Appliance Repair. The technician showed up promptly on the early side of the estimated time window. He explained things and showed me the parts that were damaged so that I understood the work needed, as well as the cost. I will definitely use this company again for maintenance and repair of my subzero refrigerator and Wolf stove.

Rodney diagnosed the issue with our fridge/freezer upon arrival, and fixed the problem in a timely manner. He was informative and courteous. We would use D&V again if we have any fridge/freezer issues in the future.

I tried to get service from them to repair a fridge. I called and they said they could provide same day service only to call back a few hours later to say they couldn't make it and they would reschedule for the next day. Two different people called me with this message and the 2nd person said they'd be sure to include it in their records. Next day comes along and the window they gave us is coming to a close so I call them to follow up and they said "you had your appointment yesterday." Needless to say I was disappointed and they promised a technician would call me soon. One hour later and 5 minutes before the close of the window I call back again and they claim a technician would call me back right away. It's been 45 minutes since that call and I have not been reached. Do not use this unreliable company.
