I had ONE request. We leave for work at around 7, and this appliance place makes their "courtesy call" between 7:30 and 8. All I wanted was for them to not call us between 7:30 and 8:00 and tell us that they could potentially be there at 8. It's ridiculous to drive to work and come immediately back home, and at a rush hour nonetheless. Pick ANY other time, just don't pick 8 AM. And what did they do? They called one of us out of the blue (they didn't even confirm the day beforehand) between 7:30 and 8 AM and told us that someone would be there between 8 AM and 8:30 AM. Really people? Why bother with people who won't even work with you on the simplest thing?! And thanks for giving us like 20 minutes of warning to drive across town. Ridiculous.

I called them to check out a refrigerator that was broken. It was on a Monday and they were able to come the very next day. They told me it was a compressor and honestly stated that it would be best not to repair it as it would cost $575. Their normal service charge to come out and look is $74 but they take it off the top of the repair cost. The technician said since it didn't take him but a few minutes to diagnose it AND since they weren't repairing it, they would only charge me $45. I thought that was very generous of them.
Now, my dryer broke! I am definitely calling them tomorrow and hope to receive the same great service!
