We were very satisfied with the work this company has done in a timely fashion.

Worse contractor ever; incompetent; bad workmanship; liars and crooks. Contractor demanded money upfront for work not yet completed and then abandoned project. I wish I can give them zero stars. Currently under investigation by the California Licensing Board(CSLB). Disciplinary action is pending against this licensee. Alliance Residential and Commercial were fantastic! We had many items remodeled by other contractors and the quality and the service was just not up to par. We decided to go with Alliance on our last projects and could not be more pleased. They remodeled our master bath which required plumbing, drywall repairs, etc. and they also provided additional electrical work throughout our home. They also set us up for our landscaping needs. They were very professional, speedy and used quality products. We wish we had them do our entire home from the start. It’s refreshing when you don’t have to worry about the crew in your home and having to ask them to correct any missed details. I also appreciate the follow up calls to make sure we were happy with the outcome. Alliance delivered as promised and we couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend them.

This firm struggles terribly. Maybe due to Covid but over budget and can't meet schedules.

Truadditions turned the large open air space above our front door in to a large walk in closet. This was for a JADU space that connected the new closet to a second floor bedroom. Turned out beautiful! Don't wait, give them a call.

I had an interior remodel for my townhome that they happened to be experts at. Compared to people locally in my area (San Jose) they were almost half the costs. They also had all of the required insurance coverage needed to do what I needed, which most contractors locally didn’t cover. Work was done within the time frame I needed, and ultimately when I was dissatisfied with something, they gave me a refund on a portion of their work. I would recommend them again.
