On November 10, 2022, I sent $620 to Mr. Gennady Nyu for the invoiced quantity of 100 calculators. On November 14, I received a tracking number for the shipment from him. On November 16, Mr. Nyu emailed me saying that he had shipped 500 calculators due to WSRP (WHOLESALER SHIPPING REQUIREMENT POLICY) and requested me to pay $2200 for the additional 400 calculators. I asked him why he initially accepted my order of 100 calculators if he was aware of the WSRP and asked him to provide any evidence to verify the WSRP. He did not answer. On November 18, I requested a refund and he responded that he would refund it by February 10, 2023, which is 90 days later. I’ll update it if I receive the $620 refund.
It's March 17th 2023. I haven't received the refund $620 yet from Mr Gennady Nyu. He is not answering my calls.
