Quick response and easy to schedule an appointment for an in home quote. Carlos was very informative and explained what would be done in our home to ensure our satisfaction for the desired repairs.

We're still working with CSD Construction but the whole process has been a breeze. Carlos is always easy to get a hold of. He has great communication and gives pretty spot on estimates! Their work is great and they complete projects quickly. He'll do a project, then take payment, then do another so you're always on top of what is being done and when. If we hadn't of run out of money we would have them redo our whole house. So far they have painted the entire interior of our house, installed a backyard gate that's strong enough to keep our dogs in the yard, installed flooring in our kitchen, laundry room, and soon to be bathroom. I think his prices are fair and the work done is reflected in that. Don't hesitate to reach out for anything you need done around your house! You won't regret it.

Let me start with telling you a little about Carlos's at CSD Construction .I had a patio on both sides of my fourplex apartment Carlos quoted me an extremely fair price to replace the pillars . after we tore the pillars out we found extensive damage that needed to be repaired and he could have taken advantage of me because we had it taken apart already and I was at his Mercy but he did not. he was extremely honest and helped me come up with a cost-effective solution to fix my problem safely and effectively Carlos is a stand-up person and he is highly recommended by me because of his honesty and his high quality workmanship and the fact that he showed up when he said he was going to and completed the job exactly when he said he was going to very hard to find a contractor that holds up to those values. Thank you again Carlos for your awesome work we have more work to do

I’m so impressed with CSD construction and the stunning transformation they made to my yard! Their team was professional, efficient, and truly went above and beyond to bring my vision to life.

Csd construction are life savers!! My husband and I decided last minute to add on to our home just weeks before we were expecting a baby to arrive. Csd construction were prompt to meet with my family and were able to lay out multiple ideas and samples of material so we could decide what we wanted quickly. They started the work the same week and added an entire bedroom with apoxy floors, multiple windows, unique wall designs and so much more in just two weeks! Baby come soon after and was welcomed home to a brand new bedroom! We are SO thankful and blessed to have met CSD construction. Carlos was always great with communication and always professional. The pricing was very reasonable as well! We look forward to working with CSD in the future and will be referring them to our family and friends! THANK YOU CSD!!

We decided to build a custom ADU from the ground up in our large backyard. We also wanted to make sure we hired a team that was experienced and well versed, not only ADU construction but also experience in custom home building. Carlos and his team at C S D construction made the process easier than I thought from the planning to construction. Communication was good every step of the way. I can’t recommend them enough to anyone trying to build an ADU in their home.

BEST Construction company out there, hands down!! Carlos is very knowledgeable, easy to work with, on time, always answers his phone, fair and has a great crew who knows what they're doing. We had our bathroom remodeled and they gave us expensive, quality, experienced work. Their work is very clean and detailed! They did a fantastic job and I wouldn't go to anyone else. I'll definitely be calling them back for further jobs. 10 stars!

We wanted stone installed in the front exterior of our house and replace our old jacuzzi decking with Trex. Saw the reviews and decided to give them a call. They were very responsive and gave us the estimate quickly. They were respectful and explained the details of how they would do the job. We decided to go with CSD and happy we did! They came when they said they would, and updated us every step of the way. They cleaned up very well every single day. The crew did an excellent job and we are very happy with the results! We will certainly go with CSD
Construction again in the future!

I'm very impressed so far with Carlos and his team. Carlos is very responsive and was quick to get started on the remodel of my two bathrooms and kitchen. Workers are very professional and kind. After a recent rainstorm, his employees helped to spot a leak and even placed a bucket and dried the area. Thank you so much for your personable and great service!

I contacted CSD Construction to build an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) on my property and the experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the beginning to the end, Carlos was top-notch and their workmanship was exceptional.

What I appreciated most was how they took the time to listen to my vision and incorporate my ideas into the design. They were open to feedback and suggestions throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail was evident, which exceeded my expectations.

Carlos was above great and really helpful. He was very thorough, friendly, and professional. He made the whole ADU garage conversion remodel process very easy. Made my garage into an office room. It looks fantastic and the work was done at a rapid pace. Also, it was done for a fair and reasonable price not like other companies who overcharge. Definitely will use them for future remodeling projects.

I can't say enough about Carlos and his team. My master bathroom turned out exactly as we envisioned! We live in Orange County, having had a bad experience with another contractor for our first bathroom we were nervous, but we did better research this time around and chose CSD construction.
