We're still working with CSD Construction but the whole process has been a breeze. Carlos is always easy to get a hold of. He has great communication and gives pretty spot on estimates! Their work is great and they complete projects quickly. He'll do a project, then take payment, then do another so you're always on top of what is being done and when. If we hadn't of run out of money we would have them redo our whole house. So far they have painted the entire interior of our house, installed a backyard gate that's strong enough to keep our dogs in the yard, installed flooring in our kitchen, laundry room, and soon to be bathroom. I think his prices are fair and the work done is reflected in that. Don't hesitate to reach out for anything you need done around your house! You won't regret it.

Let me start with telling you a little about Carlos's at CSD Construction .I had a patio on both sides of my fourplex apartment Carlos quoted me an extremely fair price to replace the pillars . after we tore the pillars out we found extensive damage that needed to be repaired and he could have taken advantage of me because we had it taken apart already and I was at his Mercy but he did not. he was extremely honest and helped me come up with a cost-effective solution to fix my problem safely and effectively Carlos is a stand-up person and he is highly recommended by me because of his honesty and his high quality workmanship and the fact that he showed up when he said he was going to and completed the job exactly when he said he was going to very hard to find a contractor that holds up to those values.
