I'd read the great reviews of OC Builders before deciding to go with them, and honestly, even though I let myself be swayed by them, I still thought they sounded too good to be true. But in fact, having recently completed a renovation of my condo, including the kitchen and two bathrooms, I'm joining the club and adding my rave review. While there were definitely hiccups along the way, Moe was never anything but helpful, professional and -- most importantly, and I can't stress this enough -- RESPONSIVE AT EVERY TURN. I've heard enough horror stories from friends and family who went through renovations and constantly had to track down and wait for their contractors, so I feared the worst. But from the very outset, starting with the interview process when I was deciding which contractor to go with and continuing through every step of the way, Ron responsiveness was even better than I expected. The longest I think I ever waited for a return call or text was a couple hours, and I was always incredibly grateful for that. All of his workers were also completely professional in every respect, and did excellent work. I recommend them without hesitation.

Our family interviewed a couple of contractors to help us remodel our guesthouse. From the start, Moe came with a professional and exciting energy that made us feel comfortable with going with OC Builders. Moe was upfront about what he thought was possible/safe and you knew he was paying attention because he always brings a pad full of notes on the project! Although OC Builders was not the lowest quote, we appreciated the reasonable, itemized and thorough estimate!

For this particular project, we had our guesthouse's kitchen, flooring, and bathroom redone. The remodel looks immaculate! The best part about working with Moe and OC Builders was their dedication to quality and speed (it was not one or the other). I've worked with other contractors and they were NEVER on schedule. I was shocked at how quickly they moved through the house. However, I also really appreciated Moe`s dedication to quality. Our piping was completely outdated and Gal automatically updated the piping because his team didn't feel comfortable with the old piping (I LOVE THAT!) On top of that, Gal was great about communicating timelines, expectations, and questions with me. I'm usually at work during business hours so Moe was great through e-mail and text which I really needed to complete this project.

With any project there can always be hiccups. Moe and team never try to deflect blame or make excuses. I think this is extremely important and speaks volumes to their character. Moe always tries to make all things right. This is why I will be working with them again in the future! Do not hesitate to give them a call! I wanted OC Builders to know how pleased we are with the work done at our Thousand Oaks home. The master bathroom renovation was so well done by wonderful people, feels like you are in a 5 star hotel when you step in there. Moe and his crew were efficient, diligent and hardworking from the start of the paperwork all the way thru punchlist. The professionalism expended by you and your employees, especially Moe and of course Jesus, reflects well on your company. It was pleasant doing business with OC Builders Group.
