House Cleaning reviews in Orange, California

It was my first time calling a cleaner to my house, and I’m so satisfied with the service I received.
I usually clean my house every week myself, but I needed some help getting old stains off the master bathroom bathtub and toilet, so I decided to give it a try.

I never thought to call cleaners to come to my house, because I generally tend to keep things clean and organized—but wow. Now I understand why people call in the professionals. It’s on another level. The person who came to my house was Kim, and she really went through and cleaned everything she could spot. I think because my house was already on the more organized side, she was able to go even more in-depth with the details. She did such an amazing job!!

She wiped down almost everything around the house, including doorknobs, baseboards, sinks, stovetop, fridge doors—and even my piano pedals haha. And somehow, my mirrors seem… clearer?? And I wipe those down almost every other day. I need to ask her what products she uses haha.

Glowing home cleaners is the best service we’ve used so far in the area. Vanessa and Mina were very friendly and left our house looking spotless. The best part is that they don’t use a ton of harsh chemicals so your house smells free of strong odors, especially if you have pets. We will definitely use them again!

These ladies are wonderful!!! Professional, fast and efficient. I am a busy H.R Professional and they come while I work from home and I hardly know they are cleaning. I would highly recommend them. They are reasonably priced and always leave my home spotless! They are my new housekeepers from this moment forward. I have used Dana’s Housekeeping multiple times. All the girls are extremely thorough as well as very professional and super friendly. If their is something you want them to focus on they will do so. I had one poor girl scrubbing hard water spots on my shower doors and she did such an amazing job. But I won’t put her through that again! I maintain it with CLR..lol… I highly recommend their services. They are reasonable and they do such a great job.

I wasn’t sure about hiring a cleaning service at first, but wow — these folks changed my mind. They showed up on time, were super friendly, and left my apartment looking brand new. Totally worth it!

Avoid this cleaning company! I got scammed by them.

I'm not the type to leave review regardless of the service's quality but I'm so upset that I have to leave one right now. When I ask for price estimate for a post construction cleaning on 04/24, they texted me saying $70hr for 2 CLEANERS (keeping screenshots). It is in my price range so I booked them for 4 hours. The cleaners Anna and Aida are very nice but everything was not finish since there are a lot that still need to be clean so I book them again today 04/25.

This time they are charging me $70 an hour for 1 CLEANER only without telling me. I paid $280 for 2 cleaners for 4 hours on 04/24 and $347 (they give me a $38 discount when I call them) for ONE CLEANER for 5.5 hours on 04/25 when it shouldn't cost that much for 1 cleaner.

I asked and they said the price is for the house, not cleaners. OK, so I asked if they can send 3 people on 04/26 to finish the job and obviously the answer is no.
