Claim Jumper has always always been my #1 FAVORITE RESTAURANT FOR 42 YEARS!! So that means since it's opening in 1977! I was ten years old at that time. My husband Tommy and I went to have dinner at the Fountain Valley location last night. We tried a new dish on the menu. It was "The Tri Tip Prospector" Let me tell you......IT WAS A HIT!! SO DELICIOUS! YOU COULD TASTE ALL THE FLAVORS! IT WAS LIKE THE FLAVORS JUST POPPED IN YOUR MOUTH! As I understand there has been another change of company hands. Landry 's was the last company that owned it since the original family owners had sold. There has been a lot of down fall in changes since the family of Claim Jumper sold. There was a lot of Orginal menu items that made Claim Jumper famous for. Like their Whiskey Chicken, Mud Pies, and the famous Eclair!! Just to name a few. This made myself and long time customers very angry from reviews over the past years ! Claim Jumper is truly a gem! There's no other restaurant quite like it!! I am speaking out in hopes that the new company of Claim Jumper will read this review! If you want this restaurant to become great and even greater again you need to bring back everything from the original menu!! I mean everything! Sure change is good! But people know what they like and expect to have their favorite dishes. I am sure all of the long time customers here reading this will agree that they would definitely come back more regularly if the dishes that made Claim Jumper famous came back on the menu. Let's get the 45 -60 minute waits started again!! PLEASE BRING BACK ALL OF OUR FAVORITES! I personally miss my "Whiskey Chicken" and Mud Pies......all flavors!" PLEASE CLAIM JUMPER NEW OWNERS LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!! DON'T LET ANYMORE OF THESE AMAZING RESTAURANTS CLOSE!! IT TRULY IS A TRUE TREASURE THAT HAS GIVEN ME SO SO MANY WONDERFUL MEMORIES!! Cancelled my service two months ago and they are still billing my card. Had to cancel my service due to multiple no shows. Very unreliable service.

I have had them a long time they do o.k. sometimes they run out of the fresh smell that sucks

They don't answer the phone or respond to voicemails. They don't notify if they aren't coming or are rescheduling. They continue to bill even if they don't show up.

Clean a can? Who knew? So blessed by this service! We are a very full house so our trash cans see a lot. I’m no longer afraid to touch the trash bins or take them in or out from the curb.

Easy to schedule, easy communication, easy throughout the whole process. I love how I set the cans out on trash day, when I brought them in they were clean. So convenient. No extra work on our end.

So clean. No smell, no gunk ANYWHERE! Looked brand new. So impressed. I sadly wasn’t home when they came I would’ve lived to thank them in person. Also would’ve loved to get pictures of them cleaning.
