Travis who came to my home to see about A roof replacement that would fit my budget. He explained everything extremely well. . He is exceptionally very trusting and I decided his company was the best quote I got! They are bonded and that goes a long way with my decision. They also have a great reputation with many years of experience. I feel very blessed to have been referred to this company.

Advanced home energy solutions team was transparent throughout the entire process of getting new windows installed from first communication with them until installation day. They worked incredibly fast from first meeting to installation (less than 2 months), considering they measured and had the windows made with specification. The sales team carefully explained the product and showed its efficiency right in front of you. When we decided to go with this company, this window installing team were communicative, kind and cleaned up all work related debris. The home feels brand new with the insulated noises and easily cleanable windows. The entire team were helpful and not pushy, like other sales teams. At every level the staff was helpful and kind, with no strings, and they offered various ways to decrease bottom line costs.

Excellent company to do business with. The color I wanted on my house was not part of their color palette but they took a color chip and were able to match the desired color. The work crew was polite, efficient and left the work area around the house clean. Definitely a company I would consider for other work if needed.

Recently had installed HVAC and Heating system and now New windows, new look for my home and I am extremely happy. Very old single pane windows in my home, I had already used Advanced Home Energy Solutions recently for a new HVAC and heating system. The service I received was excellent from all staff and installers. I could not ask for more. My windows and HVAC are top of the line and I would not have wanted a lower grade window or Air conditioner. Each time I contracted this company they came through with flying colors. From the representative who came out to demonstrate the windows, the office contact and the contractor top notch and for the installers that came out to install the windows very very professional and the work is very clean they made sure everything was picked up inside and outside. I would definitely use Advance Home Solutions in the future and most of all my wife loves her new windows

Every step of our experience went smoothly and was conducted in a professional manner from sales to office staff to installers. Work was done efficiently and quickly. Installers were courteous and respectful and upon completion cleaned area inside and out as if they had never been here. The window quality is excellent. Prices are competitive with other businesses. Happy with outcome.

It is amazing to see how people like to collect bad reviews.
This company works very hard to get this review from me, and I don't want to let them down.
I want to replace 10 big windows (107 x 71) and one patio door.
The sales guy came as we agreed.
He starts his presentation and we start to talking money.
His first price was around $24k, he calls his office and they gave him a list of discounts he can give me.
he ends up in $14k. we agreed, and we scheduled a measurements appointment in two days.
So far so good, (yes. the good end up there, how did you know?)
As agreed, a guy showed up to do the measurements.
After a short time he left, and so am I (need to work time to time)
When I came back, I opened my bedroom window to get some fresh air, I discover that the mosquito net wasn't there.
I went out and found it in the bushes, and all bend. (see picture)
I called the office, and they said that they will send someone to fix it and put it back.
At this time I started to doubt this company's integrity.
So I canceled the contract as the law gives me 72 hrs to do so.
The new guy came as agreed, But he has less knowledge how to fix it,
Before he arrived I went to see if there are any other damages to any other window.
Sure. I found that the seal around one of the windows was broken (see picture). I showed it to the guy, and he took several pictures too
I sent them an email and text asking when they will be here to fix the 2 windows, but no response so far.
Well, tomorrow morning I will call another company to come and fix it and I will send the invoice to this company.
I hope they will not drag me to court.

My house looks amazing. The installer for the window knew what they were doing and knock it out. Paint was slow but not there fault we got rain. Overall I’m happy with the look of my house. Before and after.
