Tree reviews in Orange, California

Sam and his crew were great, very professional, knowledgeable arborists and the crew clean the property like they were never there. I have used Peterson for years and every year they have been great. I would highly recommend.

The crew did a great job. They even added the last of the fallen leaves to my compost pile! Please thank them for me. Also, the neighbors in the back said they did a great job over there, cleaning up the branches that fell over the fence.

We wanted an arborist to tell us how to trim our weeping acacia to make it look more natural. Pete came out and was very knowledgeable. Explained how it should be trimmed and why. The crew did a great job trimming the tree so it looks much more natural. Cleaned up, very professional. I would highly recommend this tree trimming service.

Peterson's trimmed all the trees on our large property and did a beautiful job. Clean-up was excellent as well. The trees were expertly trimmed. We felt it was worth the price for their expertise in tree care!

The gentlemen were great! They not only took care of my tree but also took are of my scrubs in the front patio and helped with my back patio. One even put iin a light bulb in the back because I could not reach it. Jennifer was wonderful. I am a retired teacher who subs to earn extra money. She planned the date of the work around my work schedule.

Peterson's responded quickly after I reached out for a consultation, set up a meeting to provide an estimate, and then the work was performed in just a few days after initial contact. The staff showed up as promised on time and completed all the work. We love how the tree looks after trimming. Thank you!

This is my 4th time using Peterson's Tree service. Peterson's trimmed my 45-year old California Pepper tree on this visit. Peterson's once again came through and the tree looks great. I will continue to use Peterson's Tree service.

They trimmed some trees across the street from me,. When I came home my new black truck was covered in pollin and tree sap. I tried to contact them, but they ignore me. Ruined my paint. They are not aware of there surroundings nor do they warn anyone to move there vehicles. Here's a picture of my hood of the truck.

We’ve had Sal and his team trim our trees at our house multiple times over the years. His prices are fair up front, and his team does a good job.

Premier Tree Experts were wonderful, they came out provided a reasonable estimate and although we weren’t ready for the removal yet, when we were they were easy to contact and schedule. Additionally the service was performed very well. Weeks later we saw one plant returning and contacted Premier Tree Experts and they were very responsive and helped take care of it! Wonderful company.

Long story short I ran into some tree stump and root issues while putting in a new fence, Sal came out not once but twice, and the second time was within 20mins of my call for help. Excellent job, professional, very kind, excellent price. Extremely grateful!!!!

These guys are AMAZING. They arrived at 7:30 and we're done by 10:00 a.m. . They pulled out a huge ficus tree from our backyard and did a very thorough cleanup job afterwards. I highly recommend sal with premier tree experts.

I cannot believe how good a job they did. They showed up at the date and time we arranged, trimmed the tree quickly, and then cleaned up better than it was when they arrived.

I wish I had more trees for them to trim and will use them next time we need this service at my work. They were so good; I have asked them to quote trimming the trees at my personal home.

Workers broke a window on my home during a tree and stump removal. The owner, Sal Ureno, promised me he would get it fixed, but now has reneged on that promise. He refuses to respond. Very unethical and unprofessional. I will not use this company again nor recommend them to anyone else.

I inquired about 8 queen palms by text message. They responded right back with a price and I set up the appointment. They were able to work with my request to only use an aerial lift and not send one guy with spike, ropes or ladders.

They showed up on time, we’re quick and cleaned up great!!

Sal and his crew were on time as promised. They showed up with all the heavy equipment needed for our large tree removal. They did a great job. Will use their service again.

Really responsive, professional and thorough. Evaluation of the project and follow up was professional & easy. Their team were some of the hardest working guys I’ve seen - removed some very large and very stubborn trees with ease and even removed/disposed of some heavy concrete from the area. Left the area very tidy and pricing was really competitive. Would highly recommend

We have used Premier on 2 occasions. Both time we were extremely please with the results. Our trees were handled with care and trimmed as requested.

The best part is they arrived before the scheduled time, and they did a great job with clean up. The trees look great and not a trace of debris was left.

They are my go to for my trees and should be yours too..

After receiving my call Sal was at my home giving me a quote within the hour. His crew arrived early, finished within an hour, and cleaned up our space entirely. If we ever need tree work again he is who we will call

We had a 60 foot 50 year old tree that had beetles and would crush anything in its path if it fell. I was concerned I would not find someone we could afford that had proper insurance but Sal gave us a very reasonable quote! They did an amazing job! So fast! I will use them again!!

We've been using Sal (Premier Tree experts) since we moved in to our home, over 8 years now. You can't beat his prices anywhere and they do an excellent job. He's always available and I wouldn't use anyone else. I have a backyard pool, with trees around it and they cut them exactly like we like it and even clean the branches from the pool. Get an estimate and you'll see!!!
