Contacted regarding a broken refrigerator. Was nice enough to check on availability of parts before coming out. Found it was too old for replacement parts (not made anymore). So, appreciate the help on problem, honesty, and professionalism in being so responsive.

This man is AWESOME!!!!! I called many places that just wanted to charge me to come tell me what was wrong with my 14yr old washer when I already knew. He told me straight up the truth that it was going to cost me more to repair then to just buy a new one. I will forever go to him anytime anything in my home breaks. I just love you Ron!!!!!!! Thank you so much for being so real and down to earth and actually HELPFUL with NO run around.

Ron was outstanding, quick and very responsive. Repaired the issue with our Ice Maker and gave great advice on preventative maintenance and parts replacement. Just wanted to give a great thank you to Ron!

Im writing this review having not even paid Ron or having him come out to assist me. I blew a fuse on my old maytag dyer. I called up Ron and he spend a few hours out of his night to do some research and look into the problem to assist me. I was able to fix the issue myself but the fact that Ron took time out of his day to do research on my issue and follow up on my problem is the reason I will recommend Ron Potts for any appliance fixes. Thank you so much Ron!

Ron was very professional. He did a great job and even came on the weekend when the part came in that had to be ordered to fix my washer. I will call him again if I need more appliances fixed.

Ron was great! He came and looked at our broken fridge the same day I called him. He was able to find the problem quickly and helped with other problems the fridge was having. Definitely recommend and will be calling again for my appliance needs.

Ron is an exceptionally helpful appliance repairman who charges reasonable fees when he comes out to do a repair. He personally returns calls promptly and is willing to give free advice by phone, which he did recently, allowing me to fix a relative's dishwasher on my own.

I LOVE Ron Potts! He came out and fixed my washer dryer a several years ago and has fixed a few other minor things over the years (before I got a boyfriend who fixes everything...LOL)

Anyway, I also bought a used fridge from Ron that has been trouble free for over 10 years until today. Of course everyone is closed and Sears didn't have the part so we called Ron who although he doesn't carry the part we need, he not only answered his phone on a Sunday but on a holiday Sunday no less.

Thanks Ron for the great service over the years, you are the BEST!

I phoned Ron to come verify that my appliances had been installed properly since there has been an intermittent vibration in my new refrigerator. Ron provided me with a 2 hour window and arrived within that time frame. He is a very pleasant gentleman - took his time to look everything over very carefully and thoroughly. He made a few adjustments that made a noticeable improvement. Ron admitted that he was baffled by the source of the vibration (wow, an honest repairman - what a welcome relief!) and suggested i contact the manufacturer since it is under warranty. I highly recommend Ron to anyone in need of an appliance repair!

Ron has been to our home several times for different appliances. He's always prompt, efficient and friendly. Fees are very reasonable! Everything he has repaired has remained in good working order.
