Brantley and Julian demonstrated true professionalism. They put in a lot of hard work and kept a friendly demeanor. They brought great delight to my mother, who was ecstatic to have her carpets cleaned by Mason's Carpet Cleaning after a lengthy period of 50 years in Orangevale. They were genuinely outstanding.

I am extremely satisfied with the carpet cleaning that Brantley undertook in two rooms and a fabric-covered chair. Despite being more than 20 years old, they look as if they were just bought yesterday. Not only that, but he also showed a lot of respect and consideration towards me and my furniture! Thomas is truly exceptional in the carpet cleaning field. My furry friend had persistently dirtied an array of carpets throughout my residence, yet Thomas not only succeeded in eliminating the stains and odors but also offered valuable suggestions on preventing future incidents. He is consistently on time and works with a reputable carpet cleaning company. He upholds a strong level of courtesy in combination with his expertise during his work in Orangevale.

This carpet cleaning service is absolutely top-notch! They exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds. The job was executed flawlessly. Malachi was very professional and attentive, ensuring everything was immaculate. They arrived punctually and were committed to ensuring my satisfaction. There were no overpowering chemical odors, as none were used, yet my carpet looked as good as new, even though it hadn't been professionally cleaned since it was installed in 2007. They treated the task as if it was their own home. They could not have performed better. A table had to be moved and a rug underneath it had to be worked around, but this posed no issue for them. It's hard to put into words how grateful I am for their honest, impeccable service. They have truly restored my faith in today's business world.

The carpet cleaning service I used most recently was absolutely the best. Here's why...when we relocated to our new home in Orangevale, we had the carpets professionally cleaned. Despite shelling out slightly over 200, a stubborn stain in a frequently used area remained, seemingly permanent. Yet, when Julian from the carpet cleaning company came, he made the stain vanish as if by magic, and I only had to pay half the amount! They offer a booking process that is simple and straightforward, and the staff, particularly Malachi and Brantley, are extremely polite and professional. They do the job correctly on the first attempt, which really impressed me. Trust me, you won't regret employing their carpet cleaning services.

Julian and Brantley from Mason's Carpet Cleaning were truly professional. Their truck and carpet cleaning equipment were all top-notch. They efficiently handled a massive task involving the cleaning of sofas, bathroom grout, and multiple carpeted rooms in my Orangevale home. They engaged me with inquiries, ensuring the entrances to my home remained tidy throughout the process. Despite other contractors working in the same vicinity, they completed the job within the estimated timeframe. Julian rectified an error in the initial quotation, ensuring I was charged a reasonable fee. Exceptional job! I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again and recommend them to family members. Much appreciated!

I am really impressed with this company. I left a message for carpet cleaning services on a late Saturday and got a call back the next business day. They quoted me an estimated price over the phone. The receptionist was very professional and polite, providing excellent customer service. The carpet cleaner and his assistant arrived on time, were super friendly, and did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets in a high-rise condo. It's great to find a company that still offers services to tall buildings. I'm so grateful! I will definitely use them again!

We recently bought a new house and reached out to a couple of services for carpet cleaning. Julian was the first to reply and showed readiness and eagerness to do the cleaning promptly. I had queries about the tools and cleaning solutions he would be using and he was swift to send me images and respond to my inquiries without delay. I informed him that the house was vacant and where he could locate the key when he showed up for the cleaning. It was truly comforting to rely on someone who follows through with their commitments. We've been encountering a lot of absentees and individuals lacking reliability recently, so having our new home ready to move in with spotless carpets was a satisfying experience. Julian did an exceptional job. What's more, he expressed deep gratitude for choosing mason's carpet cleaning for our needs.
