Called Patrick late on the Friday afternoon after Christmas. The power had been out for the prior two days and when it came back on all of the overhead lights at our business were not working. Patrick was able to come by within an hour and diagnosed the problem right away. Unfortunately all the parts supply places were closed by then. Patrick kept in touch through out the weekend and made several attempts to try and secure the parts from another source. He made arrangements to pick the parts up at 6am Monday morning and we were up an running in less than an hour! Outstanding communication throughout the entire process!
