California Steam Team did amazing work on my apartment carpet! Victor and his Crew put beyond %110 of potential and hard work into cleaning the crunchy stains/darkness. I highly recommend them for anyone who is looking to bring their carpet back to life! Thank you California steam team!

Called and Victor, the owner, picked up and asked me a few questions. I told him I needed two rooms steam cleaned. He fit me in to his schedule when it was convenient for me. When he arrived I showed him the rooms. One of the rooms had carpet stains and I told him I wasn't really worried about the stains but more concerned with just making sure the carpet was sanitized as there were cats living in the house previously. The work was done in less than an hour and the stains were almost gone. Beyond my expectations and very pleased.

Our carpets look CLEANNNNNN. They were super fast and efficient, I’m honestly surprised they were able to bring the carpets back to life. . Will definitely be using them again. Thank you, Victor and Nancy!

We called California Steam Team to clean our couches last year....and we were so glad we did!!! When they were done....they looked completely brand new!!! They smelled and looked so great, and it felt so good to sit on something we knew was clean. We were so impressed by their quality work the first time, that we called them to clean an area rug, and our couches once again. We knew our light colored rug was dirty...but we didn't know HOW dirty !! We could not believe how clean Victor got it....it is white once again! Him and his wife are an amazing team. They are so friendly, professional, and work hard in a timely manner. We will never call anyone but California Steam Team the next time we need our coucbes or area rugs cleaned. We will be calling them soon to clean our carpets, because we know the job will be quality, and have excellent results. We cannot say enough about them, and it feels great to never have to look elsewhere for ANY of our cleaning needs! Thank you California Steam Clean!

I been Trying to find a Good carpet cleaning company for ages. Finally I did with C.S.T. they came out and spent the time needed to clean our carpet correctly. Im so happy that we called California Steam Team! They cleaned our dining chairs, stools, couches bathroom floor! I thought our tile was lost but Victor did an amazing job. And all our seats looked brand new when the job was done. The price was great and the time and service was the same. Victor did a great job on our carpet! Stains were gone and carpet was dry overnight! Very responsive and polite. He cleaned our living room and our kids room in under an hour. Great deal $$ too!

Unfortunate experience with Victor. Quoted me $250-$300 for a 2bd and loft condo for a move out carpet clean. Arrived day of, just as we were leaving for a flight. With no furniture in the house, he changed his quote to $735. Showed him the text and said he could do it for $650 or he wouldn’t do the job. Strapped for time, I was forced to be fraudulently taken advantage of. Not sure if he did a good job or not. Be careful with him.

Victor was very responsive. I needed to get the hardwood floors cleaned and carpet cleaned so that I could get my property on the market. He worked with my schedule and did a great job. Besides the floors, Victor and his team cleaned the master bath shower and grout in order to make it look like new. I will be using his company again and I highly recommend him to others.

From the time of scheduling the service to the time of the service they were communicative, kind, and professional. Victor and his wife were super kind and pleasant to have.
