I just wanted to say how pleased my wife and I were with the service that your staff provided in cleaning our carpet. Your staff was right on time and took care to explain the procedures and what would take place in cleaning our carpets. They had great respect for our home and took precautions in moving furniture and other items when it was necessary. They explained what was needed as far as drying time and precautions especially on the stairs, and even gave us shoe covers to wear until the carpet was dry. The carpet looked amazing after not being cleaned in about 5 years and we were very pleased with the results. It was definitely worth the price and we would definitely do it again when it's time. We had our townhouse carpets cleaned in early October by technician Jershua. He was prompt, professional, and diligent. The moment he walked in, he said he wouldn't be able to remove the ground in dark black stains left by our tenants - so deep into the fibers, the fibers were damaged. Our living room carpet was left in horrible condition. Clearly the tenants never cleaned in 4 years of time. He pre-treated all the carpet throughout the home with solution, leaving it on the living carpet for 2 solid hours, while he worked on the upstairs rooms, which were more mildly stained. While the stain improved slightly, he was right, it's in there for good - he suggested replacement of the entire carpet in the living room. That's what we did.

The entire process took about 2.75 hours including unloading his van, cleaning, reloading. The rest of the unit looks nice and fresh and clean. Stains are gone or nearly visible.

Unit is 1185 square feet total, and the price was under $400. If you're a tenant, be kind to your landlord's house and be respectful of their property! Do interim carpet cleaning
