Daniel used to be great then one day he started ignoring my calls and never called back. I don’t know what I did wrong. His work was good, I always over-paid and lauded his work. I never criticized him or exhibited anger. I praised his work hoping I could keep him working for me. We had good working relationship then one day he just changed. Started standing up jobs with no phone call or no communication. Little spooky if you ask me. I recommend you look for sanity cause we don’t know who these kooks are. Could be fresh out of the crazy house his doctor put him in. Never know the next ‘guy’ you hire could be anyone.

This is a great example of how a business should be run. From the prompt answer on the telephone to the available time slots the experience was awesome! Daniel walked through the job and gave me a more than fair quote to clean my carpet. He made sure to set up guards on my walls as to not mark them up. His attention to detail was great and made quick work of cleaning the carpet, explaining the process along the way and answered all of my questions.

We had a great experience with Berber Carpet Cleaning. They were extremely helpful, professional and eager to excel. With help on cleaning AND carpet installation, along with Tile grout cleaning...it was all great. Daniel always went the extra mile. He also helped identifying maid service and gardener service and insured all was completed professionally and up to our standards.
