All your plumbing parts, knowledgeable, professional employees... what's not to like

The plumbers helper store. You'll find here what you can't at Home Depot and Lowes 😏

This is the place for all plumbing needs. The entire team is beyond helpful and fast.

Bought a water heater 1 month ago for$600 and had to return for a leak on the tank, they said you have to pay again and get credit for original ,but they could not print a credit recipt and told me it's $90 dollars more because the sale is over, but this was a 1 month old bradford white water heater I already paid for once.

The staff was helpful. Was able to get the plumbing stuff like tapes, pipes, and faucets that I needed. Thanks CAL-STEAM!

Bad communication, bad service process for an electric water heater warranty item. Don't buy Bradford White water heaters.

Cal-Steam Concord helped me with all my ADA needs for an upcoming commercial bathroom project, where the Dublin store turned me away after YEARS of going to Dublin. Nai Saetern in sales and the Concord store earned all my future plumbing business!!!

Amazon sells the part for $30 same day shipping, I tried supporting a local business was willing to spend $100, this place wanted $189, went to ace hardware in Pittsburg found the exact same part in the exact same box for $89, make it make sense, this is why brick and mortar stores are disappearing, 6x the price can’t be justified at all

Marko is very helpful and would easily go back to him for any needs!

He really helped my dad out with picking a shower head. I was so use to my old outdated shower head, but Marko pointed my dad in the right direction and now I never want to leave my shower!
