I had a range of different style and quality carpets, ranging from silk to wool from the Middle East. Each were expertly repaired and cleaned. I was worried about color bleeding, given the age of some of these carpets, but whatever process Hazara rug used, it expertly preserved the colors - and the cleaning made the colors pop once again!

I love oriental rugs and also dogs! So with that combination I definately need this service. They are friendly, prompt, service oriented, also pick up and deliver. I have used them many times and am ecstatic with the results. They have also done some repair for me and the damage is not visible anymore. They have cleaned rugs and kilims both for me over the years. I highly recommend them with your family treasures for many more years and generations of enjoyment.

We bought a very large area rug from Hazara years ago and had it cleaned in place a few times by a local rug cleaning service. However, over the years (it was in a very high traffic area of our home), it really looked like it should be discarded due to stains, change in color etc. As a last ditch effort I called Hazara and asked him to take a look at it and tell me if he thought it could be saved by cleaning it. The owner came, said yes to allowing him to clean it (I was still doubtful), and took it away with him that day. A couple of weeks later he returned it and it looks......like new! Thank you and we will always use his company from now on to clean this rug! Sharon

Yasser was a wonderful help in getting out area carpet cleaned. Though we brought our carpet to Hazara's Yasser had previously offered to pick it up at our home. The cleaning procedure took one week and when it was done the carpet was delivered to our home. It was clean, rolled up nicely and package in clear plastic to keep it clean. Since we were moving the packaging was exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend using Hazara Rug for cleaning.

Hazara cleaned my rug after I thought there was no hope and was ready to throw it out. They did an amazing job making my rug looking brand new and in better condition then when I got it! Yasser and his father took such good care of me and my dirty area rug. They are incredibly kind and without a doubt my go-to for rug cleaning. I have a white rug with decorative designs that was heavily used in the living room and they brought it back to it’s original condition. Wonderful work!

Called Hazara Rug Cleaning & Repair to see were to drop off a rug for cleaning. They said they could pick it up for me. I mean the very same day. (you can't get better then that). After cleaning they called and set a time to drop it off. I had to go no where. That works for me a lot. Truly good old fashioned customer service. Something you don't find much any more. They do good work, and are very pleasant to work with. The prices were fair I thought too. What more do you want? If you need a rug cleaned or repaired give Hazara a call. You won't be sorry.

I have nothing but positive feedback to share about my experience with Hazara. I experienced a moth infestation, and they had many rugs to clean. They were quick to pick the rugs up, timely in their turnaround and did a quality job. Most of all they were kind, caring and flexible with my requests in all their interactions with me.

Hazara Rug Cleaning is simply the best! After my terrible smelling carpet wouldn't succumb to the usual hand-wash, it was picked up from my house within the hour, and I was assured it would return smelling wonderful. Although it took THREE CLEANINGS over a few weeks and many hours of work, the rug has returned to its original splendor. For the price, this cleaning was a no-brainer. Hazara Rug Cleaning just finished cleaning 11 rugs for me, everything from a couple of very nice oriental silk rugs to some very inexpensive machine-made rugs. They did a great job on all of them, and also did some major repairs on 2 of them. I'm very pleased with the quality of their work and their customer service, and their prices were very reasonable considering the quality of their work. I'll be using them again when I need similar service.

100 percent recommend! The Hazara Rug Cleaning company is family owned and takes the greatest care in cleaning sensitive rugs. They pick up and deliver so it's super convenient, and the rugs come back looking absolutely beautiful. My dog peed on a large, delicate, wool Zapotec rug and they carefully washed it to avoid any bleeding dyes. It came back sparkling. They're also just nice people.
