Never answered my call after 45 minutes of waiting on customer service. I ended up replacing the customers water heater instead of leaving them without hot water. Poor show Enviro-Temp. Thumbs down.

Just visited the site to check there prices very expensive but the hot water heater I just replaced was same maker was put in this trailer in 1992 31 yrs in this trailer and the only thing wrong was the lower element was out and a little rust that's a long time for a electric hot water heater in Florida

Very professional, straight to the point. Certainly disciplined and highly experienced. I initially tried to cut corners and had nonprofessionals attempt to install my Split ductless, AC and while well meaning the situation ended up quite bad Necessitating my calling HVAC. Nick from HVAC knew exactly what he was doing in making his assessment and he was able to come back the next day to fix the entire situation. I can’t begin to describe how solid of a job he did. It was remarkable. I appreciate their work so much that I actually had them fix the air conditioning for the entire house. By comparison to other companies, their rates are more than reasonable. The lesson I learned here is that I really should’ve gone with HVAC to begin with. It would’ve saved a lot of time and money ultimately. I HIGHLY recommend HVAC. 👍👍👍👍👍
