Serg was great. He came in Halloween and fixed the stove top and oven quickly. I tried calling another vendor first but after trying to reach them three times and not getting through or receiving a call back I tried Professional Appliance Repair. They were polite, came out the same day and fixed the problem.

Great service. Serg was super professional and communicated the needs thoroughly. After the initial visit they ordered the new part, returned in about a week and completed the repair.

I just had an awesome experience with Professional Appliance Repair! My refrigerator was not staying cold and was leaking inside. Robert came out, and the first thing that impressed me was that he put on shoe covers before entering my apartment. He then quickly diagnosed my issues, showed me and explained the problems, and gave me a very fair price for the repair. After I approved, he gathered all the necessary equipment and went to work! He removed and replaced all items in my freezer, repaired it, and he also cleaned out all the dust under and behind it when he was done. I was amazed and pleased at the level of service I received. Very pleased with the service of this company. The baking function on my oven wasn’t working and I looked them up searching for a local business. Could not have been happier. Serge was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and FAST. He was in and out in less than 40 minutes and left everything clean and as he found it, but in working order.

My Wolf double oven was having issues heating up quickly. I chose Professional Appliance Repair because they said they had a certified repair person and were available the same day. Alex came over on time and diagnosed that it was our gas regulator that needed replacing, as a couple of the top burners were also slightly not functioning. The part would require about 5 days to arrive. I received a text a couple of days later stating that the part was ready and they could come the following day. Once again, Alex was on time, and in less than 30 minutes, the part was replaced, and the ovens and top burners were functioning. I am very happy to have worked with this company. They were punctual, efficient, and professional.

Serg arrived quickly and completely overhauled my new-to-me 2003 Frigidaire laundry center. I prefer fixing up old appliances that will last forever but they can be in rough shape at first from years of neglect. He was professional and personable and worked quickly and efficiently and didn’t leave a mess behind despite cleaning an honestly unbelievable quantity of lint out of the inside of the machine—apparently some small fires had happened at some point! Scheduling was very easy as well! The company communicates quickly and clearly, and via text if that’s your preference. I would highly recommend!
