We engaged Pali Coast Outdoor Design and Build to do a refresh of our landscape that was originally completed in 2005. We had added pressure as we wanted to complete the project in time for our son's engagement party. From start to finish, AJ, Adam and the team at Pali Coast Outdoor Design and Build were great to work with. They listened to what we wanted and helped us accomplish our vision in time for the party. The quality of the garden design and expertise in fulfilling it was outstanding. Of course, there were hiccups along the way, there always is, but they communicated clearly and professionally at every step and were responsive to all our requests and changes. Changes occur over the course of the process and they communicated what the impact would be on our budget and provided options to keep things within reason which we greatly appreciated. The process was efficient and clean as we lived in the house while the construction remodel and refresh of the gardens and landscaping took place, which made living through it that much better. Adam and AJ were personable to work with especially when we asked them to hide all the landscape lighting wires, they did it so that we were completely happy. Even after the project was completed and one of the up lights went out, they came on the weekend and replaced it with out a word.

We've heard horror stories from friends who did projects half the size of ours so we are grateful to Pali Coast Outdoor Design and Build for making this process smooth and worth doing. We believe they added a huge amount of value to our home and would STRONGLY recommend you consider working with them; we would work with them again, in a heart beat!

Their team was there for us from post-fire property protection and support when dealing with the rain and potential for mudslide through completion of Phase I design and implementation of a landscaping plan so we could move back into our house in the Palisades. From Day 1 they were able to step in and take charge, providing emergency sandbagging and major clean up to protect our at risk house to designing and implementing a Phase I plan to completion, so we were able to move into a house with a lovely yard where the fire damage is undetectable. They were amazing to work with, when we were totally overwhelmed the team at Pali Coast was able to create a safe and beautiful environment with only limited input from us. Hire them - don't look any further because they exceed expectations and truly care. The Palisades fire burned all landscaping surrounding my parents home and caused dozens of repairs to the home's exterior. Pali Coast did an AMAZING job with restoration and beautification. Communication was INCREDIBLE, organization was ADMIRABLE and the time taken to make sure we could submit causes and photos to insurance was EXCEPTIONAL. I kid you not - AJ and his team came through 110% during one of the hardest years of our lives. And the results are STUNNING!!

We can’t recommend Pali Coast highly enough. We had several lingering issues with the front of our property in the Santa Monica Canyon/Palisades Rustic Canyon area, and AJ and his team went above and beyond to resolve them. Our mailbox had been smashed multiple times due to its location on a busy, tight residential street, and we needed a solution that was both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

From the very beginning, the team was incredibly professional, communicative, and down-to-earth. They helped us navigate city permitting and designed a beautiful column insert mailbox that not only eliminated the liability but also elevated the look of our property. Their expertise was clear from the start, and every suggestion they made just made sense.

In addition to the mailbox, they repaired our sidewalk and curb and built a stunning stucco wall that tied everything together. This wall was the final touch we needed to complete the renovations we’d been working on for years. AJ and Mario, the foreman, were amazing to work with—personable, honest, and always willing to listen to our needs and concerns. AJ was on-site consistently, ensuring everything ran smoothly and keeping us in the loop every step of the way.

We worked with Pali Coast for 3 months on the total re landscaping of our front yard and back yard and they did an incredible job. They were diligent, professional, reasonably priced, respectful to our requests, clean, responsive and when they left our job the landscape looked like an amazing 5 star Aman style zen rereat that we are loving every day. They were able to bring in large specimen trees without doing any damage, did low maintenance planting, beautiful lighting and were sure to stick around to be sure the plants established well in our yard. We highly recomend Pali Coast and the owners are trustworthy good people who lived up to their contract and promises.

Finding a reliable, affordable, conscientious, and experienced contractor is a crapshoot. Serg is the real deal. We used Luxus for a Pacific Palisades fire remediation and remodel. Serg and his team get my highest, unqualified recommendation.

Serg Lichwa’s team at Luxus Construction is great. They are all professional and knowledgeable with great communication skills. The team did a cosmetic remodel of a house for me in Malibu, including new ceilings floors and bathrooms. They did a great job doing some repairs to the concrete slab to make sure it was in good shape and properly moisture sealed before putting in the new flooring. The end product is fantastic and I couldn’t be happier. I definitely recommend Serg and his company.

Serge did a great job for me - earthquake bolting. He was efficient, easy to deal with and did great work. I highly recommend him.

Serg helped us with electrical work (replaced existing electrical panel, installed subpanel and EV charger, rewiring entire garage), waterproofing, drywall and updating our garage plumbing for a new laundry area before our move into our 1957 home. He carefully explained different steps of the permitting and construction process. He provided perfect documentation for us to submit for all of the available utility rebates for the work he did. He communicated well throughout our project, even when we were on overseas travel! We hope Serg will work with us again in the future. We are very happy with our improved electrical system and garage!
