Initially, we required Miguel's help to clean the carpet in the basement of our recently bought house in Pacific Palisades. He did an exceptional job, and the carpet looked fantastic. However, as we began to clear the unfinished part of the basement, we discovered a spot that appeared 'off'. Just as we finished with that room, we cleaned out a separate basement closet filled with junk left by the former owner and found the mess shown in the before and after pictures. It was disgusting. But Miguel was able to fit us into his schedule to promptly handle the situation. I would endorse his services to anyone needing carpets cleaned or mold eradicated. He was friendly, professional, and his prices were reasonable.

I feel completely scammed and taken advantage of. They tell you it’s $85 for mattress and $1 per square foot for a carpet. In reality they made me paid over $500 for a rug and a mattress. And when I called the office they rudely said “you agreed to it”. No I didn’t, what happened is I couldn’t understand a word your specialist was saying, there was no written agreement either. Also if you make people pay on a spot for “extra charge deep cleaning” at least do a good job. My mattress still has stains on it. Photo included.
