I had Pali. Plumbing over to fix a water heater issue. They were timely and fixed the problem fast, with no mess. I was pleased. Been using them as long as they have been in business.

We had a water leak under the floor of our garage. Mario diagnosed the issue, promptly repaired the pipe so we could turn our water back on then fixed the problem and recemented the floor. These guys are fast, experienced and honest. They're the best!

We are very happy with Palisades plumbing. We were told a possible 3 hour wait time, then contacted and told that a tech was available almost immediately. The tech, Joe Green was professional, friendly and completed the job quickly and efficiently. We highly recommend Palisades plumbing and will use them again.

Did not fix the problem, came back next day and couldn't figure out the problem or fix it. We had to call another plumber who did fix it. They were there for 2 hours and did not know how to fix the leaks, and charged $555. The owner refused to provide a breakdown of the charges and just kept saying "it was a difficult job, we have set prices but I can't tell you what the price is per item on the invoice, we just put it into the computer and it calculates it" Based on what amount? "I can't tell you." Only time we used them and never will again. And if the issue was fixed and the plumber was competent, I would have no problem paying the bill in full. But if you cannot fix the problem, and also cannot give details of why you charged what you charged, you are not in the business of plumbing. You are in the business of ripping people off. Stay away from these guys. If you want a plumber with integrity, these are not the guys to hire.

Miguel did such a good job from start to finish, advising me on what needed replacing and/or repairing. Most importantly, I felt he was an honest plumber with the initial estimate and then the final cost of the work. I will certainly use Palisades Plumbing in the future.

2 years later, 3/27/2024, Mario Martin repaired disconnected bathroom faucet and stopped the slow drip. He really knows his job. He even tightened the screws on the loose cabinet door, how is that for service!

Hector was great as is the company. Stephan was on it as well. They communicate (phone, text and email) much better than any other plumber I have dealt with before. I appreciated their honesty, I absolutely hate unnecessary upselling and I did not get any of that

Fantastic company. Hector was amazing. Did a great job. After installing my new garbage disposal, he explained how I can keep my garbage disposal clean and in good working order. He taught me how to use the included tool to fix blades in case they got stuck. He showed me the restart button, if ever needed. The two men cleaned everything and took all old items away. I'm delighted with their service.
In the past, Hector unclogged a drain, with the same great skill and service.

We have used Palisades Plumbing for many years, always with good results. Usually Joe comes to the house and he has never failed to fix the problem. I had a question for him about the turn off valve and he checked it and gave it the all-clear.

1-15-24. Our most recent experience was this morning. We had a major problem with a leak inside the wall behind the hot water heater. Mario came out very quickly and diagnosed the problem. It was a difficult situation because of limited access from inside the house but Mario found the solution. We now call him the "pipe whisperer" because of his almost uncanny ability to zero in on where the trouble is and fix it very efficiently.

Same day service to deal with two mysteriously clogged toilets.
Mario was on time, very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with, and was able to solve the problem as well as diagnose what the likely cause was.

Experience was excellent! Cost a little more than expected since I only new the cost 30 years ago when I installed first pump. Miguel is tops! He gave estimate, committed to an install date and worked out perfectly. Plus, he is really nice man! Highly recommend.

Great, same-day service at a reasonable price.

After having gone through three different plumbers who left us high and dry while we were in the middle of a plumbing emergency, Miguel came to our rescue despite being heavily booked up for the day. He took care of a very tricky situation and in half an hour had us with a working house again. I will be coming back to Palisades Plumbing again for my future plumbing needs.

Good work, absurd cost.
We’ve worked with Mario for many years and always find him to be quick and thorough. But Pali Plumbing appears to have changed its focus from service to personal enrichment.
I called and asked for Mario to come and replace four worn valve handles (“angle stops”) under our sink. It’s a simple fix, and Mario completed the work within about twenty minutes. He was in our home no more than thirty minutes, total.
Pali Plumbing charged $27 each for the hardware (total $108). Then it charged an additional $280 for Mario to put them In. Even if we add in the time for driving to our home and back, the entire service call took him well less than an hour.
Worse, when I raised the issue with Ray, owner of Pali Plumbing, he wouldn’t discuss the charges with me. Neither he nor Mario could explain any rational basis for charging $280+ per hour for replacing these stops, except to tell me that “it’s not based on time.” (On what then? Lawyers who charge such rates spent years in law school….)
It’s disheartening to learn that a company we’ve used for most of twenty years — even for our HOA when I was its president — has lost its judgment. And our business.

We had a hot water leak inside of a wall. We called Palisades Plumbing who sensed it was a complex job (which it was) and sent us a smart, experienced plumber named Miguel. We had opened up the wall to discover that a leak in our copper piping had been spraying hot water into the insulation and wall itself (for maybe a day or two). Not only did Miguel do an incredible job replacing the corroded piping (see photos), he also removed an old-fashioned valve that was on the brink of failure, and replaced it with something that is easier to use and more reliable. His work was clean, his attitude was wonderful and we couldn't be happier that we called Palisades Plumbing.

Mario came out to fix our shower within the hour. It was a difficult and required a lot an elbow grease. He was friendly and professional. He updated me as he did his service. The total cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Palisades Plumbing.
