"Trash Bins" has been exactly what I wanted and paid for. They do a great job of washing and cleaning my bins. I ma very pleased.

Such a luxury to have non-gross trash cans! They are really easy to work with and the cleaners just show up, do the work and put your bins back. You don't even have to be home! How it works: fill out the form on their site which includes the day of the week that your trash is picked up. Complete your payment, and they confirm the order. Within a day or so, they email you a date of service that falls on the day of the week following your trash pickup. You leave the empty bins out, they show up the next day and clean the bins and put them back. Will use again!

Love my clean and sanitized bins! I used to throw my trash in the bin so quickly because the smell was so terrible. But now that I have the monthly cleaning service, I don't mind taking out the trash at all! You have to try this service. You will wonder why you didn't do it sooner.

We have the service for 9 months. Ridiculous prices for cleaning trash cans. If you're going to get this service don't leave your trash cans out in the street cuz if somebody throws some trash in there they won't clean the can have the driver come and pull your cans from your property. Also once you canceled the service they'll lie to get out of doing what you paid for.

Wash Bins come as scheduled and most of the time they do a fine job cleaning our trash bins. Sometimes if it is not properly cleaned I see them and ask them to clean it better. They are always polite and then they complete the job.

No matter how careful I am… my trash cans inevitably become smelly and gross. Excuse the pun, but it really bugs me when my trash bins smell and attract flies or lines of ants.

I have cleaned my own trash bins in the past… well, once. LOL!!! It’s actually harder than it looks! It’s hard to scrub the bottom I’m not about to crawl all the way in there so I just let them get gross. I finally got fed up last summer when they were smelling bad, and I saw actual maggots wiggling around in the bottom.
Anyway, I was intrigued when I saw a TV commercial for Wash Bins... then when I saw one of their trucks in my neighborhood, I found them online and it was reasonably priced… so I signed up.
Wash Bins comes the day after your trash pick-up which makes sense because they obviously need your bins to be empty in order to clean them. So I just leave them out at the curb the extra night so I don't need to remember to put them out... although Wash Bins does send reminders.

I signed up for the Wash Bins quarterly service, and the first couple of times they came I wasn’t home. But sure enough when I did get home the bins were super clean, both inside and out, and they even had a nice subtle fragrance to them. I really felt like they met my expectations… perhaps exceeded them with the fragrance.

Recently I happened to be home when they came, so I stood out there like a nerd and watched them do their thing. The Wash Bins trucks are pretty cool. The truck has arms in the rear that lift the bins (2 at a time), upside down into the back of the truck. The truck then blasts super hot water into the bins. You can actually see the steam from the heat. Then after that, the guy uses a power washer to clean the outside of the bins. And finally he wipes them down with a rag inside and out… and sprayed a little fragrance.

Seeing the process and what goes into it made me even more satisfied with the Wash Bins service. I never thought about the dirty water and was pleased to see that the truck reclaims the dirty water for proper disposal. And I think doing it quarterly, makes it a great value. Usually by the time they come the bins need a cleaning, but it never goes long enough to get really gross. I will also say that we've never had any ants or maggots since we signed up for the service. And most importantly the bins don’t smell which is key since I store my bins in the garage. Wash Bins is an easy 5-star rating for me.
