Francesco and Andy came to give me estimates for three different issues we had ; a complicated toilet replacement, no hot water in the guest shower, and a broken fancy shower handle in the other bathroom. None were simple problems, but they fixed the last one on the spot and was very knowledgeable and thoughtful about potential solutions for the other two issues. They took careful measurements, identified manufacturers of some high end parts, etc. I look forward to getting their proposal for the first two issues (rare that one “looks forward” to getting estimates for a plumbing job!)

These guys are the best. The exact reason you call a local business. I do most of my own plumbing, but a bit ago I realized I needed someone to look at my pipes and help me diagnose a problem, and Andrew sent someone over within a couple hours. The next day Joe got under the house and sorted it out. More recently I needed advice on how to design the ADU I’m building and Nigel the owner came over and gave me two dozen observations and ideas I never would have seen by myself. So many little details that will help me streamline the design of the floorplan itself, saving me time and money on plumbing installation.

Nilgrew Mulgrew Plumbing is the best in the city. Francisco resolved an issue with a toilet the same day that 2 others plumbers said would require opening up walls at great cost to repair. Highly recommend.
