Words honestly can't even describe the negative experience that we had with this company. The amount of dishonesty they showed from start to finish is literally appalling. We still have a total mess to clean up and they didn't complete the job that was promised.

Honestly a terrible experience. I hired for a tree pruning and nutrient spraying service. Got the service scheduled and was told it would be finished in a day. It was not. I rescheduled for 3 different days and the service still didnt get finished. Each time I had to reach out to get any info about why they were not showing up; half the time they wouldnt answer me.

They requested payment before the service was completed and said they would come back. Have not heard from them since and obviously the service was not completed. Very unhappy at the lack of communication, failure to meet at agreed upon times, and not finishing the service. Still have piles of tree trimmings around my house and the tree was never sprayed with nutrients.

Maybe these guys can do very small jobs like trimming bushes, but if you need someone professional to do a bigger job like a tree removal, STAY AWAY from this crew. They will completely botch the job and not take any ownership of their mistakes. I wasn't going to leave a review but now I see they are starting to get multiple bad reviews since they changed ownership so I figured I owed it to paying customers to tell about my bad experience.
