Great customer service and knowledge technicians

Nice place friendly guys n ladies work there

Saw it online, called , couldn't find address, operator said, closed in Lancaster Palmdale area and abruptly hung up.

Took over a month for the repairs to be made on my refrigerator. Communication was horrible. They never called to say the part was in. I had to call to set up the installation. Their voice mail was full and they did not answer the phone during posted business hours. I e--mailed the company and never received a response. I would not recommend this company to anyone who wants a timely repair.

If I could give 0 I would. Advertises as servicing Lancaster and Palmdale but when you get them on the phone super rude. When asked why they don't update the geographic region so this kind of mistake is made Told that's my responsibility to locate a local service company. When their address in google clearly has a Lancaster address and they come up number three on the list. I was calling to locate a service company who had a part in stock to fix my fridge asap so I didn't loose all my food and explained if they had the part in stock I would hire them for repair and the gentlemen rudely stated "what part don't you understand, we don't sell parts". Ummmmmm what part of if you have the part in stock I would hire you for repair was confusing. If this guy is this rude over the phone with a stranger trying to build a business relationship with them I cant even imagine having him in my home. As a fellow small business owner I hate leaving a bad review but this guy definitely deserves the exception.

The technician was very courteous and fast! Both times he was here about 10 - 15 minutes and did a thorough job! We're very happy with the service!

Punctual, polite, professional. Only complain is attire. Sagging pants does not look professional. Otherwise, good service.

Friendly. Went out of his way to answer all my questions and addressed my concerns.
Service was quick and organized. He had all the tools needed for the service and pointed out followup repairs needed.

Travis was Great! He was very focused and went about his job without any disruptions. He found the problem/problems quickly and got them fixed quickly. That's all we needed.

I do not know about this survey but sears was at my house in January 2025 fixed refrigerator by Ovik again which after 5 months it happened same thing no ice why is that so there is really no guarantee on the job? I see thats not fair

Avery was very personable, very friendly, and explained everything he did to repair our dryer. He was very conscientious and knowledgeable. We would definitely want to have Avery return to repair any of our appliances.

Sergio, the Sears AC service representative was very professional. He was on time and called ahead to let me know what time to expect him. While working on the repairs, he answered all my questions. He helped me to understand the repairs he was making and what to expect in the future with respect to my central air unit. Thank you Sears for having a wonderful team member.

Travis came on time to make the necessary repairs to the washing machine. He is an excellent worker, professional,quiet, neat, clean, very competent. He came in with his tool kit, went straight to work on the washer, had me sign all necessary forms, fixed the washer completely in a shorter time frame than he quoted. I appreciate his high level of professionalism. I would give 10 stars if that were possible.

The technician was very informative and friendly. We had lots of questions about our options and about the repairs for the appliance. He was very knowledgeable so it was less stressful, now we can make a decision about repair or replacing. Definitely recommend

They fixed the problem quickly and professionally as usual. I've been a Sears customers for decades, going back to their heydays, and they've always taken care me. Until that changes, I'll keep going back.
