This used to be a great electrical supply when Ely was running the place. He was extremely knowledgeable and always made sure my business needs were handled properly. I trusted this store because of him.

Since he left, the customer service has been terrible. Management is rude, the staff seems confused about basic electrical supplies, and the overall attitude toward customers is nasty and unprofessional.

I won’t be coming back. It’s disappointing to see a once-good business fall apart like this.
