Something's very wrong with the owner

I got my central air conditioner completely done by this company unfortunately! They are not professional at all! I reached out to them because the air conditioner doesn’t cool down, the air can be on for 6 hours straight and won’t cooled it down at all. And their answer was to reach out to somebody else that they won’t come. Even before I told the guy the problem he was already talking about money and how I should look for somebody else. The guy was rude and disrespectful. PLEASE BEFORE YOU HIRE THEM TO WORK AT YOUR HOUSE LOOK FOR A PROFESSIONAL.
