Love our maids! We’ve had the Molly Maids clean our home for over 23 years. We love the fact there is very little turnover in employees. We have had the same team, Nora and Emma for years. They are efficient, reliable, fast and friendly. They truly are the best!

My wife and I have been using Molly Maids since 2018 after a remodeling. They have kept our 3 bedroom two story home clean since then, especially since my wife developed medical issues and I have become her full time care taker.

The teams are very considerate and knowledgeable in keeping fixtures, appliances, shelves, and counters clean. We appreciate that the team changes the sheets and makes our beds. Our bathroom and kitchen are spotless and shine. I was impressed and grateful that Molly Maids continued their service through the Covid 19 pandemic appropriately sanitizing and cleaning our house.

Molly Maid today continues to provide us with peace of mind and saves me considerable time and worry. It is several less chores I have to be concerned about and allows me to focus on tasks and activities of greater importance. For me they are worth every penny!

Ana and Gaby cleaned my home today and did an excellent job. They do the front three rooms of the house in about 90 minutes which saves me time to focus on laundry and the bedrooms. They are quick and effective. I appreciate their service, attention to detail, and friendliness. I highly recommend them.

Molly Maids has been cleaning our church auditorium, Sunday school, and reading room, for at least 6 months. They are always on time, they do a thorough job, and immediately take care of anything I might mention. I also believe them to be cost competitive. They are always pleasant and, again, on time within the time frame they give me the afternoon before. I would definitely recommend them!

No problems with Molly maids,, ,, just a good and reliable work force… we’re happy with clean floors .. Same two hard working women cleaners that show up every 4 weeks ….frank in West Palmdale….

Our old service went out of business so we were stuck and desperately looking for someone before family came into town. Boy did we luck out. Molly’s is possibly the best thing that happened to us. We opted for the deep clean even though we qualified for a continuation from the old cleaners and two people spent 2 1/2 hours and every thing is immaculate. Not a speck of dust anywhere and the whole house smelled fresh and clean. I can’t say enough good things about these guys. I highly recommend them.

Molly made in the other areas have done a fantastic job. however the AV left much to be desired.
We booked them for 8 hours of service and were told that the price charged was for eight hours of service however we would get a refund if they finished early.

They finished at six hours, and I called on a few occasions and never got a response back for the refund in hours.

Unfortunately we also saw a lot of dirty places they could have cleaned. It was not as systematic as estimated. There was most definitely a lot more to be done.

Pictures shown really don’t show up with a lot of dirt but if you saw in person, it was not a great job.

I had Molly Maid do the move in and move out cleaning in my property for a new tenant. The first time they came out they only addressed the Kitchen and Bathroom. I had expected a full cleaning, which did not happened and was charged 2 hours of cleaning. I called back upset, as the cleaning was not done to what I was expecting/requested. They ended up sending a team that day. They did show up late, however when they finished, they did send videos and the property did look clean. They then proceeded to charge me for the remaining work. An additional 1.5 hours. For a total of 3.5 hours.

Overall they did a decent job, but make sure you are VERY clear in your requests with Molly Maid to avoid any mishaps.

The cleaners were very thorough and professional. I appreciated that they came prepared with their own equipment and cleaning supplies. They did a great job as we have three cats and a dog!

Gaby and Ana clean our house with attention to detail and efficiency. We are pleased with their work ethic and the job they do.

The ladies, Maria and Angeles were prompt. They did an excellent job cleaning the house. My husband was satisfied as well. They performed better than I expected.

Molly Maid of AV has been cleaning our home for years. They always do a beautiful job on my house and are very careful with our special handblown glass collection. I definitely recommend them.
