Wow!!! Amazing work! The crew completed a prepaid move out cleaning and carpet cleaning for me and it was stunning!!! It was so fantastic that I wanted to live in that house again!!!! The crew was wonderful to work with from the very first conversation I had with the owner, Kristen. They are professional, transparent and amazingly priced for the service they provide. I was hesitant about paying upfront not having worked with the crew previously but I am be very glad that I did! The Crew is a business with great integrity which was apparent in every step of the process of working with them!

Recently, I had the absolute pleasure of having Erik and Honorina clean my home that I just moved into, and I cannot praise them enough! From the moment they arrived, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly detail-oriented. They went above and beyond, leaving my home spotless. Every inch of the kitchen surfaces was spotless and the hardwood floors...gleaming! I can't wait to get the team on a monthly cadence! Thank you!!!!!

I bought a condo and wanted a move in clean so I booked the crew cleaning services. Best choice ever! They are very professional, they communicate with me and each other very well. They were punctual and they got right to work. I appreciate the communication throughout the cleaning as well. They each tackled a different area of the house and had it looking squeaky clean. By the time they left my house smelled amazing and everything looks so clean. I was ready to move my stuff right in! Definitely hire them and you won’t be disappointed!

Arrived on time and did a pretty good cleaning job at a more affordable price than other companies quoted. They missed a few easy to remove stains, but I guess nobody is perfect. During my move out inspection, my landlord liked how the house looked so much, that he asked for the Cleaning Crew’s phone number so he could use them!

I am so thankful for the crew coming out to help me with the heart of a house, my kitchen! Honorina and Joel did an amazing job, I will definitely recommend! Thank you for your service. May God bless your business and your families in the biggest way!

Gabby and Anna or team #22, is a joy when they come to clean. They are quick and very tentative to my wishes as what our cleaning needs are.

Molly Maids are on time, cheerful, neat, and clean. They work hard; when my family and friends come over they comment on how clean I keep my home. I am proud to say, "No it is thanks to my Molly Maids".

I used Molly Maid of the AV for about a year before I moved out of state. They did a great job. The ladies were always so nice and professional.

Wouldn’t recommend for a move out clean. Very disappointed. Paid over $400 and have to go and clean some things myself that were missed (fridge, crumbs on the floor, kitchen sink, inside a couple cabinets, outside of appliances, spots on tile floors). When I scheduled it, I said yes to fridge and today when I showed one of the ladies the fridge, she said, “oh you want the fridge done” and I said yes and she said okay, if there is time. I understand if there wasn’t, but that was not communicated to us. For the price, I am very disappointed

$183.00 + VERY GENEROUS TIP × HIGHLY DEFECTIVE WORK QUALITY PENALTY -75% = Real value of work $45.75. Paid for the cleaning of a stove/oven and a VERY small bathroom. I wish I could get my family member's tip back and a discount. Substandard work quality, poor expertise, poor preparation (they needed a supervisor to bring them more cleaning agents during the job), substandard materials, and poor work ethic (tried to skip cleaning the bottom of the stove, they told a family member that "they really don't do that" when it was pointed out to them, & didn't really do that...then skipped numerous other areas). Team 24 is the greatest! My house is 31 years old and it looks as clean as the day we moved in. They were very professional and very thorough. Everything was put back right where it had started, which is important to me. I highly recommend them!
